I’ll have to try them out to see how they feel, but aesthetically they look very similar to my Sabas Proseries Blackout gloves. The stitching pattern and everything. I don’t know, for the price point and made in Italy, I would have liked something a little flashier and more unique 🤷🏽♂️. Mr. DiNardo is going to have a field day tearing them a new lol. Also, two things Carlo loves in a glove - deep finger pocket and a firm grip bar.

Wow they look great ,the leather quality and the color all black i love It . sober gloves it's perfect ,their shape remind me a bit the cleto reyes gloves ,wonder if they feel more comfortable .great review as always 👍

Since nobody responded I bought em anyways I got the s40 laced and I love them. They do feel very light. But also luxurious, the leather is smooth and they felt good. Now time to see if they hold up

@@summersuspiria honestly man , they’ve held up pretty nicely! I hit the bag with them , sparred with them . I’ve had them for about 6 months the only little nitpick I have is that the stitch has yellowed a tiny bit but that’s just me really looking for something. Super comfortable and cushy . I really enjoyed them

@@TwoToneCapone I’ve got both of those gloves so I have a perfect answer. The super rare gloves are more softer and good on your sparring partners and compared to the cletos are more harder but the grip on the super rare I’d say feels way better. Overall man pretty dang good gloves tbh

Hey pare! I was told by superare that this model is their answer to Winning. I tried a pair on in store. Super supple and pillowy padding. Very comfortable. That said didn’t hit anything with them. How would you say they actually compare to Winnings?
It’s similar with a more comfortable hand compartment and a little stiffer padding

Just an FYI to others viewing this review before buying.. I spoke with their customer service team (who replied in ~5-7 mins bravo Superare). Anyway they have new colors coming out this week of the S40s (all red and metallic silver). They also told me the Italian leather product line wouldn't be going on sale for Black Friday

I got mine in 16 oz lace up. Beautiful glove, but they don't hold up. Stitching is starting to come loose along the curve of the fist. Dam shame cuz I've only had them a week.

I recently bought a leather gloves and I've been using it maybe for 3 days now but I can only use it 3 minutes a day because it starts to hurt the palm under my thumb. I was wondering if this is normal because leather gloves take time to break in. Thanks! Also the glove I'm using is the recent precision striking glove

Generally all products made in Italy have italian stores and then other parts of the world stores.
Why ? well not having an EU store cuts out 350mill people out of reach.
Sounds very strange to me , just a consideration.
@@dimmacommunication Very simple for an American company to design and glove and have in made in Italy, Pakistan or even China....

@@dimmacommunication Actually it does happen. Very few glove manufactures or any other consumer products have their own factories overseas. It's all subbed out to contractors. Rival is a good example along with Fly , Hayabusa and many others.

I’ve watched so many of these reviews and always wondered what is the point to the grip bar is it just something to hold onto because I never feel them when I’m wearing my gloves

@@dimmacommunication Hey! we make stuff in Italy (these) other gear in Pakistan, Clothing in China sometimes....what they all have in common is they produce what we ask them to and send it to us here in the US...none of those countries house products for using a warehouse capacity. Sorry just seeing this now but its not really that shady :)
these super rares or cleto reyes? i been going to the gym for a little over a month and im in love with the sport. bought a pair of ringside apex gloves two weeks ago. my mechanics are pretty solid, i wrap my hands/wrists really well and i dont overdo it too much on the heavy bag. BUT recently my wrists have been starting to hurt and i noticed these ringside gloves and causing my hand to bend up a few degrees so im actually not punching with a straight wrist. i also have big hands so im not sure if that has anything to do with it. but i love boxing and at this point ill spend whatever to get something that will keep me in the gym. cuz now i have to take off at least a week. 🫠
