  • In this podcast episode, we’re joined by two Allied Health Professional (or AHP) fellows, Lucy and Rhian who share their experience of the Welsh Clinical Leadership Training Fellowship (WCLTF) so far.
The WCLTF is a 12-month secondment opportunity for healthcare professionals. Its aim is to develop aspiring clinical leaders of the future NHS through training and hands-on experience. We have fellows from many professions such as doctors, dentists, pharmacists, nurses and more.
Health Education and Improvement Wales, aka HEIW, is part of NHS Wales and are hosting this podcast. Our purpose is to plan, develop, educate, and train current and future healthcare staff. We refer to these people as the NHS workforce.
