Do I machine wash the whole thing or do I just wash the cover?
Hi there! You can wash the cover, with mild soap and warm water, preferably air dry but it can go in the dryer at low heat! The bladder/foam can only be spot cleaned.
@@NEMOEquipmentInc just got mine. It'll replace my beloved Klymit Drift pillow because the Drift was just too bulky to pack for backpacking and would firm up too much in the cold. While I LOVE this pillow, it stinks to high heck. And it isn't the cover, it's the foam. That has to be washable somehow, not only as a measure for getting rid of smells, but as a matter of proper hygiene. Thoughts? Upgrades? Replaceable foam pad holder?
@@dangerpudge1922 Hi there! If it is a more chemical based smell, some of our pillows' foam will off gas after manufacturing/compression. Leaving it in the fresh air for a few days should take care of it! If it's general upkeep, you can use warm water and detergent, but in the sink versus the washing machine. Make sure to rinse thoroughly and let air dry to prevent mold.
