Only Fools and Horses Opening Theme instrumental & isolated lyrics

I wanted to hear an instrumental version of the opening theme to Only Fools and Horses but I could find one. So I created one.
I've removed the lyrics in the first part, then play the lyrics only in the second part.

Bearded Del Boy is truly terrifying! Great work, though. Could you do an instrumental of Hooky Street, too? All I can find are cover instrumental versions.
