    If you don't like Cayenne before you put the brown sugar on, mix it with some freshly ground black pepper. It'll also help bring out the flavor of the sweet

    Do they harden after sitting being the sugar is on them?I want to make these for a baby shower .Dont want them to get too hard to chew kinda.

      Mine stayed chewy with a perfect bit of a crunch! If you overcook they might get too crunchy and also burn so just watch them and they should be perfect, always a big hit!!

      @@BlakKlaa2 I'd say start to check around 15 minutes and then keep a close eye on them until they are at your desired doneness! I usually go around 20 minutes but all ovens are different!
