    Just discovered your stuff. Excellent young man. At 68 years old I can only watch and make feeble attempts to copy.

      Still better than what other 68 year olds are doing!

      Keep it up!
      I transported a patient today after a heart check, 103 year old. He demonstrated movements from his daily hourly fitness regieme.
      I dont think any of us have any excuses not to exercise.
      So, enjoy your next 35 years. You'll be a pro in no time. An expert the while after. And a master by the time you pass.

    I love your videos some audio needs work but with your help I have done my first handstand with a bad back and a bad arm that I shouldn't even be able to move and kungfu looks like breakdancing it is a work of art keep up the good work 😃🤗 it felt cool doing my first handstand the only thing I dont understand is the early in the morning stuff I did that once and I had some crazy guy following me around trying to bully me around but didn't happen still working and trying to understand meditation I do practice it to. Much love to you and your significant other for what English she does speak she is pretty funny. Here in America they try brainwashing us that everyone from china is bad and I don't believe that because people like you and your girlfriend have opened my eyes and some others because if that was true you guys wouldn't be teaching us helpful information and your ways thank you again.😃

    Great start to calf torture! 😆. Antonio, can you do another video on HSPU’s. Right now I have been superseting HSPUs on the wall. I am using a plate giving me 4 fingers from the ground. I do sets of 5 reps for about 10 sets. The last 4 I make a little easier.
    I am trying to start training the free standing HSPU or should I be patient until I get to the floor? After that workout I military press. Just looking for additional drills you have done once you came off the wall. Thanks man!

    • @TheTaoWay
      @TheTaoWay  5 років тому +1

      Huh in my opinion I think your intensity is not high enough. 5sets for 10sets is a lot of volume. I’d see if you can do 7sets of 3reps with head to floor. This is both good volume and good range of motion. I recommend being patient here, work up until you have 5reps x 5sets easy with a good tempo. Then strength will not be a problem it will all be about the movement itself.

      The Tao Way陶道 You know, that’s been on my mind before. I guess I just have been trying to perfect my fixation on the 10 sets. Typically, do you do any other shoulder work after your main wall HSPUs? That’s why I did military press after my sets.
      Thanks again for the reply! I really appreciate it man! Your channel is looking great man! Can’t wait for it to blow up!

    Do you drink coffee upon waking up and before doing your morning routine?

    • @topemeister3000
      @topemeister3000 4 роки тому

      I’m obviously not the video creater, but if you feel the need to have coffee then take it, if you can go without it, go without it. Doesn’t really make much of a difference. Just do whatever works for you.

    • @TheTaoWay
      @TheTaoWay  4 роки тому

      I have one 'rest' day per week from specific programming but a 'rest' day does not actually mean rest. I still move 2-3hours on that day. Just in an unstructured format.
