When I got my first professional job, everyone was urging me to buy a flashy car, move out of my neighborhood, buy expensive furniture. They used to mock me for my lifestyle choices. But I had a plan, just like Dave Ransey says, live like no one else, and later you will live like no one else. I got those things after ten years when I knew I had set myself up. Don't give into pressure.
