Hopefully this comment finds you. Screens are measured diagonally. That being said you looked up the X39 non-pro on Powkiddy site (it’s miss labeled). If you scroll down a couple listings they have the X39Pro properly listed with a 4.5” screen and about double the resolution (which is likely what makes it “Pro” because it addresses scaling issues with the original along with resolution).
I have a powkiddy rgb10 max 2. Any thoughts or reviews on that? I was tempted to get an rgb 10 max 3, just not sure yet. Def picking up the Odin 2 though. For $40 this handheld seems like a really good deal. Thanks for the review
I got interesting finding...my seller claiming x39 which is 4.3" and x39 pro which is 4.5" to be same thing. He claim it is just re box but with different print on specs. What a shock, is powkiddy lying?
Well that's just crazy talk. I think there was a giant goof on the x39 pro as far as the branding goes. There's always at least one weird thing with their devices.
NO, you'll have to patch the cheat codes onto the roms first.... There are NO menus or screens that will allow you to input any GG/GS/PAR codes into it.
I’d probably pick slightly more expensive Miyoo Mini Plus or go even more expensive - Anbernic RG353PS. I’m sure one day Powkiddy will tick all the necessary boxes for bestseller budget device, but this is not the day.

Diferences are screen resolution and battery capacity.
No aspect ratio in the settings. The normal x39 had an option for this.
