Still have mine too. Day 1 purchase for me. November 23? 1998. I had a poster (Ron Kimball) of the Viper GTS. I remember waiting for the commercial and recording it on might VHS as well.
I remember always wanting to try this game, but then seeing the box-art and being instantly scared of wanting to do anything with it. God, my 5-to-8-year-old self was missing out.
This is DEFINITELY one of my favorite racing games of all time. I really need to pick up a copy again. I miss the holy shit out of this game. I played this thing for COUNTLESS hours when I was younger. :) Thanks for the upload, dude! You're awesome!
27 so nostalgic I miss this game IT make me wanna cry we getting old asf lmao but damn the memories driving thru the ice walls and singing this sitting in front the TV on weekends wb kids lord where you at rewind me rewind us all 🥸🙏😂✊🏾🙌
Great thing about this game besides all the fun is the fact I could literally pin this tune to every track I raced. Put so many allnighters in this one, along with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater in the ol' great N64. I second everyone here about the great memories.
I remember getting this game because the box art looked sick. My brother and I could beat it but would constantly crash into walls. Idk if we just sucked or if the controls really were that bad. But still have fond memories of this game. N64 logo car was awesome
This game was really awesome, there was something about it so unique to me. I just hated when I maxed out the specs of that really fast car and I went too fast for the game to even keep up with the physics. Couldn't believe how many times I drove through the games walls! haha!
estávamos no ano de 2008, chegava da escola e ia correndo para a casa da minha avo apenas para tomar café e jogar essa obra de arte, anos depois ela me deu o meu querido nintendo 64.
Jealous!!! hahaha. I've actually made the decision to begin investing more into the N64 and old school games, instead of getting the next-gen consoles. I've already got some of the classics (Goldeneye 007, MK64, Ridge Racer 64, Star Wars SOTE, etc), but I still feel it's lacking severely in variety. I'm gonna keep a sharp eye out for this game in particular. It was a TON of fun. :) and what a great soundtrack!! Reminds me of Road Rash 64's tracks a bit.
Oh I've still got my original N64 and controllers, it's just a matter of getting more games. You'd be surprised at how cheap most N64 games are, though there are still the classics that sell at a stiff 45, such as Super Mario 64, original Mario Party, etc. I also foresee used vintage games increasing in popularity again in the next few years, with the release of the next gen consoles coming out. Not only are they incredibly expensive, but they give me an Orwellian vibe, and I don't like that.
This was my first N64 game, so many memories, good old times..
Erwin Montero el mio igual

Same here
ohhhhh myyyy goddddd soo many memories
Still have this. What a great game it was.

We should. Come on over.

This soundtrack got me into AIC thinking it was them lol, this band is great as well. This soundtrack hits right in the nostalgia.
I remember the music sounding like shit through the Nintendo 64 sound chip.
How come this is crystal clear?
@The Brum It does as a N64 Rom so you can say Gamerip :P
My favorite track. I played this game so many times. What a memories. I still have it

I love the viper from this game, good old times.
Me 2
I own this on N64 cart. Lovely band who made this music.
top gear was the shit back in the day and the music rocks
The viper is mean
The viper is a machine
He’s hungry for speed
He’s wants to take the lead
So hit the throttle and fulfill his need.
the best music for a car game :)
WOWW I LOVE IT
