I wish i would've researched a little better before i bought these. If i knew these had to be repacked every 15-20 hrs I wouldn't have bought them. I bought dual so double my pleasure...or at least cost
I doubt that they’ll answer but I have an eco slip on, on my 2010 850 sportsman. When I replaced my exhaust gasket it no longer fit, gasket was too big for the flare.
I've re packed mine 2 times now within a year. My first pipe I did not repack and it was so bad my whole slip on was faded and it was peeling really bad! ( I RECOMMEND AT LEAST 2 TIMES A YEAR TO RE PACK)
Are you kidding check packing every 20 hours, I say thats a high maintenance product myself. Never checked my stock one since I bought machine new in 2011. Mike S.

There’s two types buy the slightly more expensive one and it lasts up to 50 + hours

I just packed mine with toilet paper works great... Was thinking about using some of that blue bear toilet paper that is really strong stuff
he just stuffed the packing in there without securing the packing onto the core without tape....
