@@retrolongplayerThat’s mainly due to the fact that it’s extremely easy to rhyme in Japanese, it even happens by accident, and the fact that Japanese poetry was unable to adopt a rhyming style since they have things like haiku, so the Japanese localization team completely threw Gruntilda’s rhymes out the window and she talks like an old Japanese woman with a verbal tick at the end of her sentences and she holds her vowels longer in the Japanese version.
