What is the growth in hr field in monetary terms?
Like suppose anyone getting initial inhand salary of 1 lakh/month.
What will be the figure in say next 5 years assuming he is working in the same company.
And also what is the hierarchy in hr department?

Dear Sir, Can u please share some insight about SCMHRD, SIBM Pune , Like In hand salary, Growth in job, Taking Loan is worth it for this two colleges, etc
Well both are good. Tution fee is very high in SIBM and SCMHRD ; in TISS best part is u get to do 4 internships.(FPO and summer internship). So TISS stands apart but remember it is not good to rely on TISS(67% Reserved and u never know whether u will make it or not. ). It all boils down to ur skills, if u did certifications then boss ur good to go, u will achieve great placement

@@dragonsunleashed4122 I am just pointing out that growth question asked by him. I feel HR Analytics is going to rule the HRM market. Yes u can also secure good placement without it. HR Analytics certification will anyday give u tremendous edge over others.

Hey Akhil, I had a question about TISS. I just wanted to know that if TISS is recognised in abroad as well, since the degree offered is BA, not MBA. Is it good enough if I plan is to move to Europe after working in India for 3-4 years?
Not sure about this, degree is MA not BA. In India is equal to MBA only for the industry

How far is mumbai from TISS and is transportation feasible and affordable?
Also, how is the mess food and whether there is a market nearby to buy fruits etc.

Tiss is in mumbai only.. Chembur. And transportation is affordable if you use local trains. But you might find accommodation lil expensive here compare to other cities of India.

No connection to HR is needed. How diverse is HR field. Please watch my earlier video on HR wale kaam kya karte hai. Doing HR from top. Colleges like XLRI and TISS will give you great start and immense opportunities ahead

For ODCL Program 2 years work ex is mandatory and average salary is less as compare to HRM Program ...
