TISSNET difficulty is in line with SSC CGL and less than the level of CAT.

For interview, Obviously prepare your background in internships, your undergrad, your work experience. Finally, Answer "I apologize, but I will surely read more about this" if you don't know the answer in interview.
Make notes on analysis of Indian budget.
For knowledge based questions, citing EPW, WHO or ministry reports in both essay and interview will fetch extra marks.
Make notes from either The Hindu OR The Indian express. Leave politics, military, international and diplomacy based articles. Mark for issues like schemes, domestic, social, policy, trends, etc.
Watch RSTV's The Big Picture. Make notes.
Watch to The Hindu News analysis by Byju also.
Google for newspaper issues and add the search term "Frontline" or "Down to earth" for scoring extra marks in interview or essay.
Google "gist of yojana" OR "gist of Kurukshetra" and read only relevant articles related to your masters.
Google "policy briefs" on contemporary issues related to your masters.
Practice essay writing a lot and from today. Write essay and practice saying interview in PESTLE format (essay.uk.com/free-essays/business/pestle-analysis.php)

I passed college in 2014 but i had a supplimentary which got cleared in 2015 will that effect in my admission? Also i have a gap of 7 years from 2015 till now i was preparing for Company Secretary exams later i worked in corporate for 20 months so will it create a problem if i get in tiss this year i will be 30 and if next attempt 31 so will age suppli gap leads to discrimination? I am preparing really well for my exams but just in case if i cant make this year so I am just asking please let me know

I just want to know ,as I just got to know from Data like if someone has an experience of working and they might be applying for HR - LR course and if they have not worked with mnc or big organization then there will be very less chance to get in to HR - LR course, Is it correct ?
Does it require very good english communication for selection as well as during 2 years.
During selection you need decent English but in that 2 years you need to improve and you will eventually improve in that environment

You have to move on and focus on upcoming challenges/exams. Just like a break up hurts after a relationship, it does hurt after a bad exam. However nothing stays the same. Move on and have patience.
