Refer to your owners manual for details! Also, for best results, plug into your effects loop. You can plug into your input channel but, you have to run it on a clean setting with a happy medium volume. As you increase the volume on your amp it changes the (Tone) signal drastically!

@Englishbobwv Also..You can also use it to tweak the factory loaded tones, the tone labeled 12-d...jimi's toy is close to the Hendrix sound except for the high end notes. Sounds great when you play the low E, A and D strings but, when you play Little Wing for example...the G,B and high E are too dirty (fuzzy) so I pulled it up on the GUi to see what everything was set to and made some changes to the MID and Treble Volume levels to clean up the high notes.
@keza123123123 yes you can. You can also plug it like I do. On the clean channel of your amp, output level of the pedal set to "middle-ish" and your guitar to the pedal.
Clean and simple.
Be sure to set the kind of amp you have on the cabinet selection mode aswell
@toddallenhooper this thing has beautiful clean tones. I was able to dial in a kind of John Petrucci clean sound with a bit of chorus and delay that sounds very dreamy

@Amnesiac18 The midi In on the pedal goes to the out on the midi cable and the out goes to the midi cable in. After you install the software and hook up the cables the program will see the pedal. If not, flip the cables around.

@AshleyLTD27 It's actually an MTV commercial from when it first came on tv...late 70's or early 80's. LOL! That was my epi, got a Gibson now and I direct record as well. So the video's are of better quality.
@Amnesiac18 you have to download the software for the pedal. It's called... Vyzex Floor pod plus. You can get it at line 6's site. It will read Vyzex Floor Pod Plus Setup.exe. Also make sure your midi cables are hooked up right or the software won't see the pedal. Good Luck!.
@twiztedchild666 The interface you use to connect to the computer has MIDI on one end...and USB on the other. So Technically it connects threw your USB port on your computer.
@umang333 look at the back of your amp. If you can see the skeakers it's open. If not, it's closed.
@Englishbobwv Just MIDI out but, you can buy a MIDI to USB cable for $30.00. This cable is NOT included with the pedal. It's primary purpose is to import, export and back up tones.
Hey Jimmy thanks for the video...I dont have a loop input on my amp (frontman 25r). Is it ok to plug into the input or will it sound crappy?

@aerokurt1 One cable dude. One end is usb and the other end has two midi connections...in and out. Out goes to in and in goes two out.

How does this sound with more mild, vintage type class A overdrive? Most of the videos I've seen are all full shred, no mellow tones. Great video BTW!

@maggotovterror618 No it does not. It cost about $30.00 from Guitar Center! Mine is a Yamaha... usb to midi cable. I'll send you a link to see one if you have trouble finding one. Let me know if ya need help or want to see it.
@twiztedchild666 well, you don't really need one. As you can hear that pedal sound Awesome when you listen to it directly! What kind of guitar you have. Can you play little wing by jimmi by any chance? Check out setting 12 d...jimi's toy, are the high notes too fuzzy? Meaning when you play high e and b string together.
Can you use the Floor POD plus as a midi foot controller for a software like Guitar Rig using Midi to USB cable on a computer?

@mp5k69mmkay you need to get a recording interface. Check your local music store for a low end model. That's all you need...s/thing like a yamaha audiogram 6. All you need to do is plug your guitar into your pedal, pedal to audiogram (audiogram connects to computer via usb) and use your favorite recording software (Cubase, Pro-tools) and your good to go. Get some head phone so you can listen to what your playing.

I have a line 6 spider 3 amp 15watt and it sounds shit on clean. I have no fx loop so does that mean it'll be shit then? But I put it on insane and tweak the settings it sounds brilliant. Can anyone help ?

@mp5k69mmkay Second step is uaing video editing software to sync your recorded audio to your video. I use Sony Vegas and Pinacle. It's not rocket science...give it a go. The quality of your video's will be much better!

Hi.... i just bought a MIDI-USB cable and when i connect it to my laptop nothing happens..... =( A message pops up telling asking me to configure the MIDI ports IN and OUT manually... And then... NOTHING!!! =(

pues de como descargar el programa no, pero para conectar la pedal a la pc si, se necesita un cable especial, se llama midi, con calida usb para la pc, lo consigues en tiendas de musica. eso si estan un poco caras
