Had great fun watching you guys on stream while waiting for the 8th. The lack of hand holding is a huge plus, in my opinion, "working" for stuff as well that is how it should be, no handouts. The pvp encounters were fun to experience even second hand. Looking forward to the next installment of the series 👍

Definitely above and beyond my expectations as an Alpha 2, especially compared to a lot of other "full release" games that have come out. Clearly a lot of stuff that needs improving and adding over time but nothing too drastic. They've done a good job of prioritizing what to get working and what can wait.
it seems over all a better experience for many, its ok now though as your also famous wait until you see the whoppng 440 views this video will get, the more and more they patch the better the game will get and there heading in the right direction
You're spot on about the challenge of the game. MMOs have held your hand for too long and the risk vs reward ethos that Intrepid have been pushing since Day 1 is definitely there. Really enjoyed the weekend with the Guild. Can't wait to jump back in
very good start for a alpha. my main issue was aggro mechanics on tanks found it pointless having more than 1 tank even in large grps as aggro is based on hp so the highest lvl tank will always have aggro which makes the others feel useless or they are just there to bolster the main tank with shield. main tanks starts to loose hp close to death almost impossible for 2nd tank to pull aggro and give main tank a break and get healed up . feels like tanks need a aggro dump to help with tank swapping. apart from that one issue i think for a first weekend and a alpha it was a very positive launch . shame about the DDOS on last day .
Agreed but lets see if they can pull it off again this weekend seems they are some issues as of now, hopefully they fix some of these issues tonight but they have been on it with the bug reports and patch's was nice to say.
Not to much no, I went in expecting a Alpha stage test and that what we got but of a higher standard so I was quite happy with the performance we seen so far.
reason guild size is capped at 50 atm is that base guild size and you can upgrade that via guild leveling up however thats part not in yet and if they do increase guld size and then what do they do when guild levels/talent tree come into place to randomly kick peopel out tioll you hit the proper guild size or allow them to keep 100 member with 50 max guild size wit hthe potential of that guild now ignorin the guild size talent point in the tree since they have 100 players already in and so on
yeah i thought as much was just hoping they would adapt this for testing but kind of makes sense either way its does not effect us to much we just have multiple guilds for now, cheers for the info.
@@Azrial At the moment. But That's the entire point of alpha testing. To check the systems and see what's working and what needs changed. Just need up to up it to a good point where it's just enough deterrent to make it not wide spread to PK for no reason. I assume the bounty hunting systems aren't in yet ewither where red players will show up on map for bounty hunters to track down, etc. Or the religion system which prolly be tied into it too.

Everything in ashes alpha!! You grind mobs….and there’s mounts…to move you from one mob pack to the next faster…that’s it.

I don't think I'll ever fight back in PVP. Kill me. Get the corruption. Go for it. Sounds like a terrible affliction.
easy to work off corruption though so folk will still do it
