defiantly true while im glad to live in the free state of missouri are firearms coalition here keeps us in the loop and we pressure are law makers to not try any bs and keep expanig gun rights but we gotta be sure not to beocme complacent hopefully next year we will get a bill passed outlawing passing red flag laws in this state

Being in VA, I backed our current governor (having interviewed one of his campaign managers and hearing what he said, gave him my backing and let gun owners know, VCDL). He, Governor Youngkin (R-VA), saved our state from an AWB and vetoed 36 Anti-Gun Laws, the Dems only held 2+2 seats, I believe. I love Colorado and don't want to see you Blue. Good luck!

It's absolutely not a lost cause. We just need to kick out some of these anti-2a reps we have in Colorado and make sure we put the reps in place who stand for our 2nd amendment rights. Honestly, though, not just our 2nd amendment rights, but all of our rights, because once you think it's OK to trample on one right, what's to stop you from trampling on the others when you think it's convenient for your personal agenda. To that end, I've started compiling a spreadsheet of all the reps in colorado and how they voted on these various gun bills. Then, I can see who is really for protecting my rights and who isn't and I become an much more educated voter.

Also take a look at Arizona citizens defence league and how they fight the anti gunners there they are very successful you might be able to use some of their strategies
The fight doesn't end. It's just stalled out for another 8 months or so. There are people in this world that believe someone else will take care of them for (insert thing here) and are willing to give up everything for this. Now you can't be the expert at everything, so society does need professionals and experts in every area. The ability to defend yourself, and hopefully innocent others, is paramount. It's great if LE can respond in time and take care of things so you don't have to because they are the pros; however, we all know that is not reality. Those same people that believe someone else will take care of it have this picture of a perfect world, where evil doesn't exist, in their minds. These are the same people that will say "well we just haven't done it right yet." To them the wording in the bill wasn't presented the right way, the right people weren't convinced, psssssh there are people that are corrupt in government. They just don't get it.
