He is the cleanest shaved human I have ever seen
He needs to see this 😂😂
@@97tillinfinity4😂😂😂
He has a sort of disease which doesn't allow growth of hairs
Alopecia Areata
Don't let this guy near cancer patients
You explain things in such detail so people can understand I love that
Well , not really . He has explained what can happen on either end of the spectrum , but hasn’t answered what the ideal should be. I know that this is highly subjective on the individual level, but no direction at all.
So then , what is the ideal size for derma roller needles ?
You're the only person I have ever seen in my entire life that looks really good without hair. *Literally ethereal*
The Rock? Vin Diesel? Morris Chestnut?
Jonny😂
You really haven't seen that many people 😂
Ihv been dermarolling for 5 months on my head with external solution of minoxidil & finasteride, man ! I'm seeing good results
what is the size of the needle you use?
It's gonna fall out taking that chemical crap it only works for so long that's why I never fuvk with it doing micro needle and using oils like Alvarado oils messaging head and exercise and better diet no soda or alcohol and THATS when u can get uur hair back if it's thinning only if it's already bald u have no shot of getting hair back permanently
@fatcat4674 if you ain't eating hethy exercising cutting soda and alcohol and using natural oils that help hair follicles and not just hair strands then you will never repair your thinning issue but flat out bald already naa it'll never come back permanently that's where that Rogaine shit comes in think of it like zombies revives dead hair follicles only while taking it once u stop it's over but THINNING hair can be saved WITHOUT Rogaine
Good 🎉
Hey bro u mind sharing before after photos??
The sweet depth is 1.5mm
I think it's 0.5 max 1
@@nonameshiat7700 study says 1.5, think what u want
@@nonameshiat77000.5 does nothing except help stop hair fall if you wanna see growth then 1.5 is a sweet spot just don't do it too much
@@nonameshiat77001.5mm
Mine is 0.25
Thank you for sharing Doctor. No one tells you this, and there I was being one of those that wanted to try this at home.
Thats why you should ho for a derma pen instead of roller... Set depth, no tearing of the skin and changable needles (they get damaged over time and need to be replaced).
Zrovna minulej týden jsem si říkal jak mi chybí tvoje videa!! 🤩
I only perform single needle microneedling using the same equipment I use for scalp Micropigmentation - it’s almost impossible to miss active follicles with multiple needle dermarollers…
Does it work
@@HusseinAbdi-lf5oc absolutely. Anyone who performs SMP on people with hair would tell you that the number one side effect from the treatment is hair thickening. Clearly, one must make sure other root causes are addressed so the effect is long lasting.
@@hairpigmentcenterbrooo I just read your comment and wow…
Ever since I did my SMP I’ve felt like more hair has regrown in some spots where it was bald. But I just assumed “that can’t be. It just looks thick because of SMP” but every now and then I would consider the fact that technically the tattooing was like doing microneedling and perhaps it really did cause more hair growth.
Then I read your comment here and you basically confirm my suspicions. What would you recommend to someone like me? I’ve never microneedled but should I try?
@hairpigmentcenter That's so interesting. I was searching for some info on this topic.
So, derma rolling combined with rosemary oil won't affect the result of my SMP or reduce its lasting?
Thank you very much.
The doctor showing off that this CLEARLY worx.
Hey Dr. Gary, is it possible to talk about hair loss after a chemotherapy? Is it possible to get the hair cells back? Maybe years after the therapy end? 👍🍀🤞
It grows back as soon as it’s stopped
That deep voice part is funny : )
Looking sharp! Are you still using the products or did you stop once the bits of hair grew back?
I’ve been microneedling once a week at 1.5mm for 6 months with an automated pen. Unfortunately, those new hairs are vellus hairs and won’t grow long at all. I’m going to be taking oral minoxidil starting next week at 1.25mg daily. Hopefully it’ll work. I’ve tried almost everything except a hair transplant. My current regime is 1.25mg oral Finasteride daily and Nizarol 2% 3 times a week. I’m a diffused thinner with no bald spots yet.
Mix topical min with oral fin
@@bigboss-qv7pe , some folks can’t do topical minoxidil due to contact dermatitis
update on topical minoxidil please?
Wow you are fighting the inevitable so hard, just shave it off and if it still bothers you in 6 months get a transplant and be done with it
How you even regenarate your skin if you do it once a week, still I sugest stay away from minoxidil
scaring scares me😩. I rather use a smaller needle along with other treatments take my chances that way.
So basically if you roll to often you can scar your scalp leading to more hair loss, i think its best to roll 3 times a week & do roll to deep
Does it brake or damage the hair that you already have ? I mean it is a needle it could “cut” or “eradicate” the hair
Once every 12 days, any sooner and I starts to get weird texture on my skin
Does it Work for you ?
I assume 1,5mm with moderate force once a week is the best ?
Yes.
Hi Dr. Gary does hair transplant really works at age 60 and which Dr. Would you recommend for a consultation?
Dr. Serkin Aygin in turkey
Tilda swinton
how many times in a week we can use the dermapan for hair !?
How long should you wait in between uses of a derma roller? I’ve been shaving my hair down because I’ve been thinning at the top and my hairline for a while. I’m really curious because I want to see if this’ll help. Also, should you not cut your hair if you’re u use the derma roller?
Do we keep the hair grown with micro needling? Or like minoxidil if we stop it it will fall again?
Okay… soooooo.. how often should we use it lol
I did dermal rolling less than five times...using sensitive skin astringent before and after on my side burns...after the skin dries I apply complex 15
Does you still have to apply it even after new
hairs appear?
How long do we have to use it each time, and how many days in a week?
whats your opinion on coimbra protocol
So can someone help
Me with the shower part? Can I shower before micro needling that day or wait
Walmart only had .20mm still got it . Going to see if I see any changes been using rosemary oil this brand called mielles with biotin . Bought some ogx shampoo with biotin . 21 with a somewhat receding hairline still have hairs in the receding areas but very weak growth and light hairs. The rosemary seems to be making them a little more noticeable but going to give .20mm roller a chance until I run out of the ogx shampoo than I’ll buy a .50mm. Obviously rogaine and finasteride is better than rosemary but for the time being I’m banking on the rosemary/dermaroller/OGX shampoo.
How is this procedure going?
.5 might help absorption but the benefits of needing will be lost in terms of inflammation
Update?
so any new hairs? any benefits?
Might wanna look up ogx lawsuit
What size of the needle is preferably?
Man, his accent is kinda cool to me 👌🏼
how often do i need to replace the derma stamp?
What’s an ideal depth?
So how long of a needle???
So what should be the size of the needle and how often should I massage?
How do i reverse the scarring caused by microneedling?
Well how big should the needles be
your hair?
Quick question, if I have a 1.5mm roller for my temple area does the entire needle go in? Seems like a big needle.
How many times a week with a 1mm
I hope I have something to activate...God pls could a cure be made so everyone can get whatever hair they want since it affects so many on a deeper level......
Is 2-3 times a week okay??in general.....
How speed rmp level micro needling for hair?
I used 0.5 mm derma roller rapidly one day.....more than normal rolling count....then hairfall become more.....and there is a bald spot..... I'm afraid....do 0.5 mm derma roller scars scalp? And make permanent hair loss? Pls reply 🥺
I've been microneedling with a 1.5 mm needle once a week and applying oils for about a month now. I've noticed a significant increase in hair loss. Is this normal? I need advice, please.
So how do you find the therapeutic window for you?
lol
Can i stop minoxidil and go to microneedling and PrP for my hair stimulation? Or will i lose hair that was grown by the minoxidil. Thank you

I think you need to know what you are talking about before you put such stupid drivel online.

I am 60, i had a knee replacement which landed me with a stay in hospital over 2weeks as i got lung infection and pneumonia once then amonth later ahain got pneumonia. I also started taltz for psoratic arthritis plus a bunch of things lolol. Could these be a readon i lost half my hair. My Doctor said folicles were great, everything is good has no idea. Do you have any ideas😂😊
How long after a hair transplant can you start microneedling?
3 at 4 month said dr linkov in one of his videos...
does it help with eyebrows too?
Yes

What happened to your hair?
Taking advice about hair grow from a bald guy like me... i am skeptical 🤔🤔🤔
That’s what she said….
Because the needle is small, how do you tell if you have scars?
Scar tissue in the skin will feel like you’re trying to push the needles through a hard surface. This would be really obvious if you’re using something like a derma stamp or roller, because it would take a lot more force (even with fresh needles). Source: I’ve experienced this from doing injections with an insulin syringe (totally different health issue)… I’m starting Microneedling every 3 weeks (1.5 mm), to play it safe.
Does microcoring work for skin aging?
Yes
I’m just starting out. How often to sh/outdoor I do it? 2-3 times a week? Thank you 🙏
1x weekly if youre doing a 1.5mm needle (for roller). Youre better off using an automatic pen style and using .6mm and starting omce a weekor biweekly. dont use any topicals for at least 24 hours.
How many times a week is reasonable to dermaroll for beard growth? Thank yu
Once a week
Man if derma roller was real it'll have saved this man😂

How much time can you use the same roller ?
It depends how often you use the roller , I did use it every day so after 2-3 months i did change to a new one
@@Emre11111 After 2-3 month did you see any results like did your hair grow? How many times do you do it in a week? and how many minutes?
If you microneedle and cause scarring, would that area be unsuitable for a hair transplant? It seems the risks of microneedling outweigh the benefits
I want to know this too. I have scarring on my brows due to an auto inflammatory issues years ago and I can’t grow brows. I’m desperate to try anything to reduce the scarring and grow hair back.
Risks? Uh.... Do you realize how ridiculously safe and effective microneedling is? lol
@@summersalix I would microneedle it every month and a half with some PRF or growth factors (I like to mix Anteage with Curenex); combined with red light therapy.
Then just fill in whatever is missing with microblading.
@@Anne_Onymous oh I didn't realize it's done so infrequently. I figured it was done daily or every other day. What's prf? I have been getting microblading done, but it doesn't really stick bc of the scar tissue. I wear powder and pencil over it, but it just looks bad. The few hairs that grow back are veery strange hairs... Weird texture, strange growth direction and pattern, and fall out prematurely bc of the scaring around so many follicles 😔
I currently do red light therapy at home with a thing I bought on Amazon. It hasn't seem to have done much tho
@@summersalix Oh you can most definitely microneedle more frequently. However, the microneedle depth for scarring specifically is very deep and the entire healing process happening under the skin takes at least a month. And because you're dealing with scarred skin, I was more in the mindset of not overworking it if you know what I mean.
PRF is plasma rich fibrin. They or you take your own blood, spin it in a centrifuge, then take out a certain layer to microneedle or inject into the skin. It's concentrated with growth factors and stuff. Amazing stuff.
Yeah it's definitely challenging to get pigment to stay in scarred skin.
If you do have some hairs left, you might even benefit from topical minoxidil if you haven't tried already?
It's good you're doing red light. I'd def keep it up, even if you don't see obvious visible results!
If i was him id ask for a refund
You should use some
It's true, hair doctors are always bald
Why are all the hair growth experts bald 😂
Exactly
they don’t want you to know how to cure hair loss permanently.they need that money.
Do you have lip fillers?
What made you ask that?
What colour is your hair dr.😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
thats pety but hahahhaha.
Um..maybe not the best guy to talk to about growing thicker, fuller hair? Just saying..
😂😂😂
Why?
Everyone with MPB has scarring all over their scalp! This is the main reason micro needling works soo well. That should me mentioned as well.
Topical white iodine dissolves scar tissue…
What is MPB?

Male pattern baldness
If you stop micro needling will the hair follicles fall out again ?
No
@@-Spardox You sure about that
Should i believe hair tips from bald guy?
Yes. This is his profession. The reason hes bald is because he has a auto immune disorder called alopecia areata, where your immune system thinks your hair is a foreign substance so it attacks it, causingit to fall out. Hence his eyebrows
Omg scary
Idk why I am taking hair advice from you.
😆😆
Where is your hair 😂

Why u don’t have hair..?
A man without a single hair on his head can't convince me that he knows how to regrow hair.
He has alopecia. There is nothing you can do about that.
