Also w me primarily a pitcher, you provided insights to help determine improved situational pitching strategies. I will apply these lessons on the field while hitting and pitching. Your either dropping your back shoulder/hands and swinging up or a little early and hitting the very bottom of the ball. Try swinging level and making contact a little below the center of the ball.

I just started popping up the ball a lot in slowpitch softball to the infield. Any advice to stop it?
