i am tying to explain as thorough as possible because that has not really been done before as deeply, so If you hae any questions regarding things in the video, feel free to ask here or, if you hae more complex questions about tuning, your project or need your car tuned, feel free to hit me up instagram.com/_throttlebuddies/
Volumetric Efficiency is simply said the Volume of Air that enters the cylinder compared to it’s displacement. So if you have a 2 Liter engine but the engine can breath ( due to throttleplate restriction ) only 1 Liter per cycle you have 50% VE. Based on that and the outside air temperature and barometric density the ECU converts it to mass which can be used to calculate how much fuel (mass) to add to get the desired AFR.
Greetings I have already finished assembling my 4.3d plate now I am in the phase of testing everything before making a definitive branch of cables for my project, my intention is to remove the old ignition system (distributor) in a 1984 Ford Mustang with a V8 engine (302) by independent coils placed in pairs (lost spark) since the plate that I am going to use has 4 ignition channels and 4 channels for injectors as we all know, I am going to use the coils of a Chevrolet LS Silverado engine since they are intelligent and only need a pulse to operate and the map, clt, iat, tps ckp sensors etc .. of the same engine since they are the most common and easy to get in my country and are easy to configure in tuner studio, I have already assembled a test bench with 4 relays to simulate the coils the map, iac, iat clt sensor which are the ones I have for now they work perfectly, to simulate the ckp sensor I am using an arduino UNO with a signal simulator program with a 36-1 pattern, connect everything and it gives me a coil pulse, reads all the sensors properly, I managed to configure the fuel pump and the fan, the problem I'm having is that it doesn't give me an injector pulse, I only have two for now, they're not the ones I'm going to use, they're to test that everything works, that the provisional wiring I made is well routed, I made this with a network utp cable, remember it's to test everything, I don't know what other configurations to move and it doesn't give me an injector pulse, BUT in the hardware test tab I test the injectors and if it's functional that means that they're good and the wiring too, of course my intention is to change my Mustang from carburetor to injection but to do it in parts, first the coils and then put an intake manifold from a 2002 Explorer, this to familiarize myself with the tuner studio program and also to familiarize myself with the wiring and speeduino hardware manufacturing, let's see if you can help me with this problem,
if you set up the trigger wheel correctly and the crank trigger works. then once you give the ecu a trigger signal it should show rpm and should be firing and injecting. there is only spark, fuel and trigger needed to get the ecu to do that.

Correct, thats a better explanation than i did haha

Thx dude
So larger number means more fuel, smaller number means less fuel? Trying to get mine dialed in so it not running so rich.
Afr or ve?
