Vintage Testrite Aneroid Barometer

Parke Madden of The Weather Store shares an interesting vintage barometer made by TESTRITE of New York City circa 1930. It’s model name is simply “Weather Forecaster” and features two additional indicating hands showing various weather conditions whether the pressure is rising or falling. Hey! Just inherited one of these. Ty he label on the back of mine is very well worn. I did want to mention that mine is stamped ‘GERMANY’ on the metal backplate underneath where your label fills.
All that said, how in the world do I set and use this thing?!
