CATS plugin not installing on blender? FIX

The command line solution only gives me another problem. It did get rid of the error when trying to install it, but this time instead of the error, it just straight up wont show up in addons to enable at all.

This is very much outdated and is leading people to complain about other issues which exist, also you used the main branch and not the dev branch which fixes this issue years ago. Cats also now has a unofficial version which fixes many more and is updated to blender 4.x. Please can we make sure users know this information as we are getting daily complaints due to videos like this, thanks! Please note the OG video removed there video due to it being outdated.
