The angled walls are made using "wall by face" over a mass. The components within the house are a mixture of my own modeling and downloading online with some tweaks.

From Revit 2017 on some of this can now be done quickly using the depth cueing option.

Really nice! I think that you do every architect who is not suffering from tastelessness a huge favor! You are the only guy I found on youtube yet who is explaining in a helpful way how to illustrate plans and 3d´s in Revit so they don't look so damn ass ugly! I think Revit has a big future in the industry but Autodesk seriously has to improve the illustration possibilities in the program cause in my opinion they are horrible and a HUGE drawback! So your videos are highly appreciated! Keep them coming!

Did you make the loose components of the house in a family or did you modified walls to make the angled walls.
    Great tut btw!

How can you change the ground line so the line is thick and the ground hatch disappear?

RoDJ99 It is a visibility graphic override.... I actually go through the process in detail in BIM After Dark Volume 1 here: bimafterdark.com/volume1
