zooming times = 700/8=87.5 and your aperture is 50MM . Theoretically the biggest zoom should be 50*2=100. If it overtakes 100, maybe it would be blur. But aslo depends on how far you zoom and your glass quality.
You could see moon with 60x a full size. In 87x , you may see a little ring shape of Saturn. That's the planet season for Saturn and Jupiter now. Download a stargazing app to check out direction. In my local place, 9PM will see the Saturn.

If want to see more details of moon, or jupiter, staurn(150X), you could use a small diameter eyepiece or add a barlow lens which could double it. We SVBONY have a lot of cheap accessories for that. 127EQ is a 127MM reflector. Here is only a 80MM refractor. These long foccal length reflector is better for planet or moon. But not suitable for DSO astrophotography like nebula. Short forcal length refractor is more suitable for DSO astrophotography. That's for different purpose. Hope you could understand what I mean.

Your exposure is too high. Bring your ISO & shutter speed waaay down. (when you do that you'll also instantly understand why Apolo pictures on the moon had no stars in them).

Know what’s really funny? I have an ameratur telescope, first one my mom got me. She gave me extra lenses and these Barlow tubes. I have a 3.3x, a 2.5 and 1.5, all are zooms. Plus I have a 2.5mm lens. If I stack all of the Up I can get around 3500x zoom😂😂 useless but funny to know.

The max zoom times depends on the size the obejective lens aperture diameters. For instance, this svbony SV503 102ED is 102mm, so theorical speaking, its largest zoom size is 102X2=204. Of course, actual zoom size depends what eyepiece you use, this is how to caculate. Zoom times= Focal lenth / the diameter of eyepiece. For example, 102ED focal length is 714mm, if I use a 4mm eyepiece. zoom times= 714/4=178. Besides, the sharpness and high contrast of image depends on the glasses your telescope own( like ED glasses) and the build structure(doublet triplet ). It's not the zoom times you only pay attention to. It's also how clear and sharp for the image or visual you should pay attention.
It also depends on your telescope focal length and apertures.. The zoom = telescope focal length / eyepiece focal length. And the therorical largest zoom is 2X apertures diameters.
