Finally, I found a good UA-cam channel that focuses on the Middle Tennessee area, specifically Nashville. I live in the Hermitage area and recently took over my landscaping. After many years of problems with my knees. I finally had two knee replacements and I'm back at it again at full strength. Carrie is to know what part of town you live in. Look forward to watching your videos in the future. Keep them up

@@TJ1855Thank you very much! I will do my best to give everyone in the area good information. I live just north of Nashville.

In Ohio, I grow all the way until the first week into December, I keep it green all year long with Rye mixed in a bit. It's not easy but it's fun as hell having a good lawn all winter! I like your videos. Keep it up I'll keep checking in!

You mentioned you were saving your money for next year. I just got back from Lowe's a little bit ago and they were running a clearance sale on all of their lesco fertilizers including perdiamine. Also. Everything was half off and that's money in the bank for me for next year

I lived Kansas for 30+ years my fescue always survived freezing weather there were years it was below zero for weeks at a time through the 90s some 2000s the fescue actually looked great after snow melted, only issue was if lawn got walked on while it was frozen it would make food impression, usually it recovered, had more issues with 100+ summer temps with fungus treatment starting in June to protect from July. I’m in Oklahoma now with much humid weather, I had to try fescue, so we shall see how it goes .

Thanks for the feedback! Yeah we stay off the grass when it snows, but it was more to keep a clean look without foot prints than damaging the grass. 😂 We will see how this does through Winter and Summer!

Thank you very much! I like Bermuda and Fescue, but I’m becoming more of a Fescue fan. I hope your transformation turns out well!
