I don’t see what justifies a $4.5k price tag. It’s not like they included four full-frame Canon R mirrorless cameras, because that’s literally what you can get for that money. Sorry, but it’s absolutely not worth it.
If you're a security integrator you can get Dealer pricing from your local Uniview distributor. If you're in Canada you can sign up for an account with XLR Security (visit our website) to purchase the Multi-Sensor Dome for a much better price.
If you're using licensed software like Milestone, this camera only uses a single license. That's enough reason to consider it over four separate cameras - you'll save in license fees over the long term.
