Josh has a very captivating presence live. My eyes was completely fixated on him when I saw the band live. The combined impression of him both on guitar and handling vocal duties, is almost too much talent to behold.
Fuckin love this band with a passion. Definitely consider myself a 'Die Hard' Fan. Incredible musicians, looking forward to their new album this is taken from 🤘🤘
Absolutely got to listen to edge of the earth and monolith albums, both totally flawless records and some of the best in metal the last 10-15yrs. Both those records especially edge of the earth are more melodic than this song and the other single for this record, more of a mix of like thrash and melodic death metal. Both edge of the earth and monolith have 0 skips on either album imo. Definitely give those a listen they’re damn good, their first album conclusion of an age is fuckin great too, that actually has a different singer, he left and then Josh the bandleader/songwriter/lead guitarist took over on vocals after that record and has been singer since. Dormant heart is a really good album too and then their most recent album cycle of suffering which is more similar to this song and the other single is quality too. All of their albums are really good tbh and I definitely recommend listening to their discog when you’ve got some time
@@puppetmaster8551 Thanks for all the info! I'll start with edge of the earth and monolith but will definitely listen to all of them. I have heard and seen Sylosis before in my more than 2 decades of metal listening, the problem is there is so much realeased constantly and I only pick what I like best at the time, and I have noticed that I have moments when I like a particular genre more and I think I wasn't in the mood for whatever this is (sounds like thrash yeah but has melodeath in it for sure and some other influences) at the time so I forgot about them. I am very much into Immolation at the moment because I haven't listened to them in years, brings back memories.
The subtle keyboard in the beginning reminded me a little bit of 'Terminus' by Dark Tranquillity. And the solo gave me Kerry King / Jeff Hanneman vibes.
absolutely crushing. This band slays when running on all cylinders. Their last few singles are excellent. They have had a tendency to be a bit too melancholy at times. Hopefully that was just growing pains of the past ;)
Estes gajos subiram o nível...cabrões de riffs brutais. Pelo que soltaram até agora, disco do ano, conjuntamente com Cattle Decap. Concordo totalmente em relação a Trivium!

Loved it !! their new album it's gonna be a crazy journey
I ❤ this band, Sylosis.
Great band🔥
An excellent track! I need to dive into their discography, it's just that I'm listening to Immolation at the moment.

Imagine not knowing the best metal band of all time
@@lu1zh16 idk I’d go that far but they’re definitely one of if not the best metal band of the last ~15yrs
@@puppetmaster8551 whos more consistent with riffage melody song structure?

It’s because Josh struggles with depression and being really smart in a dumb world.
imo their best album is still Edge of the earth which is probably their most melancholic
Sylosis is iiiiinsane 🤘
badass track! which one didn't he like?
Why the fadeout? Should've ended on a Bang! Awesome track anyhow.

Are you planing to review the new Crypta song?
Next week
Killer track… but re Trivium, for me they are still the Kings
I'd pick this song for lullaby, if it wasn't so strong and aggresive.
PLEASE MAKE A REACTION TO SOME NEW DEATHSTARS SINGLE!!!!!
Josh/Sylosis absolutely rip, can’t wait for the new record Sylosis has never missed. Nice reaction fellas
