Looks like I have some scale 1/24th build competition now! Saw this on Reddit, nice to see it clearly here!! Great job Neil, a level of detail just like I like. I’ve got a Gladiator on order, so look out for a build. Keep the awesomeness coming guys! You rock.
This new body and wheel base opens up many roads for Axial. The longer wheel base makes it possible for many more interesting truck bodies. Great video and mods. Thinking about making this my 2nd scx24.
Neil did an amazing job with it. As always. Smart guy! I’m not into 1/24 scale at all. I like weight and 1/10 scale to me will always be the top scale. Anything bigger to me would be harder to store and parts for 1/10 are so easy to find. Love the vid! That gladiator would look even better as a 1/10. But that’s just my opinion. I respect all peoples hobbies and taste! Thanks
@rcreview should try some parts from mofo rc, we specialize in scx24 parts. We already have high clearance links for the gladiator in resin and more parts coming. We would like to send some parts for you and Neil to check out!
Looks great! I did come across a video from RC girl. I think she used a Matte clearcoat over her lexon body once, made it look real nice kind of got rid of that cheap plastic look..Don't get me wrong still looks great but maybe it could look better with out the shine. 🤷♂️.Takecare guys 🙋♂️
I'm really wanting to get this. I have the EMax ES08MDii in both of my SCX24s. I melted my links for high clearance. That servo will also fit the FMS Atlas.
Nicely done as always guys! I just picked up one of the Gladiators and will be modding it in a similar fashion. Hoping for high clearance links, as the stock long links in the back hang up on everything! Steering looks amazing on Neil’s truck though! Gotta get those parts!
any time i need a straight impression about an rc model without brand A** lick or exagerate omg, beautiful ,amazing, awsome blabla and stupide face stuff like 4 years old kids THIS IS THE CHANNEL !
Awesome build guys! Just got mine and looking to upgrade my electronics and motor just like you. Can you do a vid on how you went about placing all your upgrades in the frame? Thanks and keep the vids coming!
@@houstonrccrawlers6445 my hot racing oil filled shocks have never once in 6 months leaked a drop of oil. U have to buy their actual oil shocks tho with the gold shafts
I think I missed the part where you talked about the front inner fender wells. Is that a complete original file you made or can it be found some where on the internet?
Amoizing stuff. Where did he mount the winch, and is he using a bec? I mean, I think I see it mounted at the front, but doesn't that bump with the steering servo? My only gripe is that white servo horn 😨
Super nice, can you expound how you mounted the spare tire at the back? Kakaukha ko Lang ng Akin. I'm so happy I stumbled upon your channel. Mabuhay! 💪💪
I accidentally plugged the battery into the motor connection on the ESC and the motor into that battery connection. The forward doesnt work anymore and reverse is very choppy, is this a motor problem now or an ESC?
Could you please do axial wraith and axial bomber comparison? I know they've both been on the market for a while but I think it would still be a really good in depth video for you
We have to focus on new vehicles since we buy most everything and like to explore what folks are most interested to buy and upgrade now. Those sound like legendary vehicles though that shaped the category.
Hi Neal I had an idea 💡 but I’m sure someone has thought of it let me know if you have heard of this or if you think it might work. I’m upgrading a mini z drift awd I upgraded front diff to a one way diff so it can roll freely when rear is spinning faster or during a slide..now here’s my idea what if crawlers had one way rear diff so when using %30 overdrive in front the rear wheels won’t drag they will roll freely when being pulled but still have drive forward not reverse (rear only)🤔
I have the blue gladiator. And the CAP and jeep. The gladiator is a great little beast. The 1 down fall is that axial cheaped out on the lights. There nowhere near as bright. I like to night crawl and was extremely disappointed with the lights.. everything should have been the same with this truck or even better. That's the only issue with it.

Every time Neal is on the show you’re in for something amazing! 💯 wow. Great work friend. Thank you for having him come through!
Really amazing upgrades. Great job! Would love to have complete upgrade list with links.

Neil knocks it out of the park again! Well done.
Just got mine getting ready to modify it
High Performance and scale look in one piece great build!
Awesome & great job ! When work , time , and love of the hobby all come together!

There is a 10th scale Gladiator
@@jasonh.2731 yes I did see that. But it doesn’t look like Neil’s 1/24 scale. The 1/10 scale is red and stock looking.
Great video. Was on the fence on getting gladiator but watching your video helped me pull the trigger! Thanks
Great job guys! This looks amazing!
Just picked one up for my son and had to have one myself. Lol These rigs are awesome.
Thanks for the inspiration
I use the reefs 99 micro winch on my 8+lb TRX4. It moves it with ease without adding much weight.
Man, that rig is freaking sweet!

Best RC Review guest, Always looking forward to what he'll bring by next. Thanks fellas!
Awesome, Awesome job! Waiting on mine to be delivered.. You have given me so many ideas… THANK YOU!
wow, that is amazing work. the transfer to the other edge at the end of the video was cool shot.

Wow, you guys realy got it going on. Thank you so much for all the Great Videos. Gonna get a Gladiator in a few weeks.
Well done kabayans. Glad to see pinoy RC henyos. I'm planning to get my first crawler and opted to get the gladiator over bronco.
I hope someone offers there resin printed parts for those of us who don’t have printers
That build is sick!!!
Rock lights rule! I have a mtrc light set for my Deadbolt heavyweight build, just waiting for a good warm day to paint...

Check out mofo rc, we have resin printed high clearance links in a tough and flexible resin
TinkerTime rc makes a 3d printed insert drop bed for the gladiator which adds room for scale accessories
Great job kid! I love the upgrades. Get some shocks though just for looks lol
Another fantastic build
Outstanding job on everything, it looks so awesome,
Thanks a bunch!
Nice job Neil.

He needs to try some of my brass high clearance links and steering links for the SCX24 gladiator!
Incredible job!
Very badass guys!
Awesome upgrades!!!
THE NEW FURITEC TRANSMITTER LOOKS VERY INTERESTING
Omg...congratulations to Neil on that creation was making me drool 🤤....I think you might have been too Frances 😂🤣😂🤣👍👍👍👍👍
Neil is a magician. Would like to see him work his magic on the 1/12th Willy’s Jeep as it’s so scale but performance seems poor.
Did Neil mount that Komodo brushless motor to the stock plastic transmission? Need more detailed layout pics and video.
Very nice guys!! 🤙
Saratoga? Nice area but wasn't aware there was much a crawler scene.
We have a couple amazing parks with rock features and a lot of natural creek trails in the foothills.
Very nice 📺😀👍 And this winch is amazing 🚀💥💪
Wow that is sweet I love it
Are you guys going to be upgrading links to metal versions as well? I don't see any link kits for the longer wheelbase yet.
Beautiful.
Killer build
Just wow
Awesome job 👏 👍 🤙

Needs to put the oil filled shocks in if he didn’t yet. They make a really nice difference. Nice rig as always 👍
They always leak oil

wow, it is impressive small rc 👍
ganda neto sir!
How were the rock lights installed. I love this kit
Do they make high clearance links for this yet? Or do any of the already made deadbolt links work etc ? Any idea?
Крутые!
I need to know how that servo winch was mounted!
Simply amazing!! Is this a $500 SCX24 now?
Or more. These add up quick when you really build em out. Trust me.
Easily $500
Super nice, can you expound how you mounted the spare tire at the back? Kakaukha ko Lang ng Akin. I'm so happy I stumbled upon your channel. Mabuhay! 💪💪
Very impressive 👏 👏👏
Is that an inner fender liner for the C-10 or JLU that he attached the sliders to??
Awsome😃💪💪💪
I am working on a similar build. Where did you place your reefs 99 winch? What receiver are you using for the gt5?
Ah, maganda!
Would please make a video about the scx 6 jeep?
Can you guys go over how to mount the winch on the scx24 gladiator
Did you get the reef servo mount for this setup ? Where did you install winch ?
Is that Mr Hankey standing behind the truck?
Amazing and inspiring. I’ve been working on my Gladiator. Where did you get the led controller?
Ill second this, you mentioned amazon, any links for this item please?
After the final climb of the vid I have to get one of these
Did you upgrade the shocks?
Neil, do you sell the file for the sliders?
Which axles are you running in that thing?
How do you mount the servo for the winch
I need a few pairs of those 3D printed hood vents to make a few of my trucks more scale. Where can I get them?
What brand light bar is he using??
Oh, my, Dog...
I want to buy an extra battery or two for my gladiatior. What type of connectors does axial use? Any recommendations?
Awesome build guys!👍🏻 Looks like axles have to be shaved to allow full turning radius when upgrading to brass steering knuckles?
Having to see that crappy taillight stickers next to the resin parts really kills it. I'd work on those . Nice rig though✌️
Where can I get the snorkel any info I appreciate
where is this guys youtube video? would be a goldmine of content for him to upload his build process and stuff
This is awesome. Gotta cost $350 maybe $400 all in.
What light kit is this??
I’m buying this winch , can you show your setup please ?
I accidentally plugged the battery into the motor connection on the ESC and the motor into that battery connection. The forward doesnt work anymore and reverse is very choppy, is this a motor problem now or an ESC?
Wait.. you guys are in Saratoga? I'm in San Jose!!
Are those rock sliders on thingiverse? I’d like to try them out, other wise I’ll lengthen some for the JL from thingiverse
What shocks?
Can we also get a link for the Amazon led controller????
amazing project! :O i want one !! sadly, IDK when this car would be available in Poland ... ;(
