Thanks for mentioning that, it was the reason that I bought the game again for the switch platform. None seemed to talk about this, so I wanted to give it a try and share the experience with people that care for this.
@MadaoAU your video basically helped me in deciding to hold off buying it on switch. im currently playing octopath traveller on PC and am of the impression that its best played handheld but if the framerate is inconsistent, id rather just play it on PC
Man, if the world goes fully digital it would make my decision so easy. I would just buy this on Steam to use on my Steam Deck. But since I want a physical copy, I am leaning towards Switch.
i used to buy all these games on switch, but i noticed how bad the loading times were on switch relative to ps5 made me change platforms. i hope switch 2 fixes these issues.
its small device and old ,switch version is super only issue is not 60fps but its ok for this kind of game no need 60fps its already smooth in 30fps ...switch is enjoy to play in bed with close oled screen looks mre beautiful than ps5 tv or ips monitor .. ps5 butter smooth i say but not enjoyable in ps5 like switch

Yeah unless you crave for handheld play, you gonna have better experience on pc

I agree I will keep leaning for games I really want on physical, I love my steamdeck but some things I prefer just to own them
