- This is my first attempt at a new series where I talk about smash characters that suck and go in-depth about why they suck. I will also try to upload more consistently from this point onward.

Brawl ganon was so bad that i was able to win my first ever smash set against a ganon. I was 12 and i was just spamming meta knight tornado the whole match. The guy was in his 20s had been playing smash since 64 while i had been plsying 2 months. He was extremely salty afterward and it was scary being the target of grown man rage.

Didn't know anything about the real stats of Brawl's Ganondorf, but I always had fun with the character.😂
I had mostly played Ike during brawl, tho I did pick up ganon as one of my secondaries during smash 4. Even tho he's usually not that good, he is always a blast to play.

They never give Ganon a break, at least give him a reflector or a floating recovery like dead man's volley. Or even a unique moveset.
A unique move set would be very nice. Even Pm Ganon is quite interesting despite still being a semi clone.
5:14 For anyone who cannot read that, it says D-Air can also combo into D-Smash and F-Smash
as a Ganon main I still enjoyed the video
Brawl Mario & C. Falcon don't make me feel terrible to me.
To be fair those characters are more so bad due to them adapting poorly to brawl's play styles and mechanics. Although there are some changes in their move sets that definitely don't help.

Fun fact ganons upSmash in 4 only has 2 frames of recovery. So it was basically a neutral tool.

I don't think Ganondorf in Melee don't seem to be better then Mario in some ways.
I would argue that Jigglypuff is worse and Ivysuar is *definitely* worse but Ivy can down b to change into someone else and puff and ganon can't.
On the Japanese tier list Jigglypuff is ranked worst in the game which I agree with. I do think ganon is better but not by much, and I do think captain falcon is worse than ganon because at least ganon has a few good things but falcon just has none imo.
Falcon's got speed and some decent moves. Jiggs got a good recovery as well as decent edgeguarding and air game. I suppose you could maybe say ganon is better than those two, especially since I believe he has better results. I'm kinda just going off of both the offical and m2k/salem's tierlist judging by how one character compares to another. Who would you say is the worst character in the series excluding characters with transformations?
@@demolitiongod64 I don't know because there are so many contenders for the worst character in the series.
Brawl ganon has his autocancelable dair, untechable side b, and disjointed up smash going for him.
Melee bowser has his no impact land on yoshis story, his getup attack also on yoshis story, and his grounded up b.
64 luigi I'm not too familiar with tbh, but I don't think he has much going for him given he has a move that literally doesn't work.
Sm4sh little Mac is worse than his ultimate version and he's terrible in both games.
Sm4sh Puff is probably who I would pick as the worst character in series. I have heard that a size of mii Brawler in Sm4sh (I don't remember, I think it was either big or small?) Was arguably worse than sm4sh puff. I'm not familiar with the sm4sh miis but from what I've heard none of them are even close to being good. Miis aren't allowed in competitive so if you count the miis then they're objectively worse than puff but without them than puff os worse. (If you wanna be a nerd about it then the fighting alloy team members are the worst characters in brawl but they're made to be terrible so im not sure if NPCs count but if you would then Blue alloy would be the worst character in brawl and warioman and giga bowser would be brawls best characters.)
@@Aserl I've heard that small mii brawler is cracked. Heavy one prob sucks but I don't really know.
Sm4sh mac had some stuff over his ult counterpart like d-tilt, and he's not even a bottom 5 sm4sh character.
64 luigi I think only has nutty 0-death combos like the rest of the cast. having a disfunctional move is the least of his problems really. Melee shiek has a move that takes her down like 20 spots lmao.
Sm4sh jiggs I think is also techincally better than her brawl counterpart although the game itself might be rougher for her.
That also brings up the question of whether to judge the characters in a vaccum or how they do relative to their game.
DK 64 JPN is supposedly really bad and loses all matchups.

honestly jiggs is probably better in 4 but due to rage and the blastzone rng gives puff a hard time.
Melee/brawl sheik side b isn't a very good move but it actually works so she has that at least.
Small mii Brawler is pretty good last I heard and I think it was the big mii brawler that was bad. Bigger hitbox, heavier, slower, etc.
It makes me wanna do a thing where I rank all the smash characters and compare thier best/worst versions. Falcon for example would have melee as his best version and brawl as his worst.

Zelda and Ivysaur have projectiles which I think makes them better then Ganon

You deeply need a microphone, the highs and lows in the voice due to the placement and quality makes it hard with people with headphones to listen, a cheap mic literally anything other than whatever you used, it'll really improve the quality and it needs it, everything else is great
