The book has the following pre-cursor for this video: "See how Crucial Conversations skills helped a nuclear power plant in Texas become a national industry leader."
The video is very convincing that it helped the company but it doesnt say anything about "HOW" exactly it helped . I understand that many leaders were trained on CC in the company and that there were several yearly seminars but that still doesnt explain HOW CC was used.
Sorry, but I have to agree with another commenter that this is more of an Advertisement than anything that really adds to the content of the book.

What about the other top 25% companies in STP's industry? Did they avoid crucial conversations? Did they have them but poorly? Did they have crucial conversations well but without using the Crucial Conversations tools/methodology/framework?

@VitalSmarts Video -- starting to get the feeling that this series of videos was assembled by a marketing team, as opposed to being guided by the authors. The book is relatively focused (for the genre) and direct whereas, so far, the videos bring nothing at all. We've already purchased the book, so we don't have to be sold further. If you want to up-sale additional training, it might be more effective to focus on the quality of the paid content your providing instead of including what is effectively an ad.
