Hello my friend! Thanks for the comment 🙏🏻 the most expensive upgrade were the suspensions and the exhaust. The rest I was able to get it at a good price/discount or for free supported by some brands. The total cost was around €3k (I am counting also the stuff I got for free).
Really good job! Why did you fitted the extended radiator? Have you had overheating issues? Or just a precaution for tunesia? Suspension is the first thing to do on this bike. I really like the One advanture tower....too bad they are still not making one for the Rally version..#i have to remind him again #..the OEM look is ugly....i have to look at it every day ;-)
Hey man thanks! 🙏🏻 No overheating issues but just fitted for precaution as I will travel extensively with this bike around the world - also in very hot places. Absolutely agree on the suspensions… it’s a different bike now! 😂 I hope the tower will become available soon also for your model!
So far so good! Easy to install, the 2 light bulbs are just “day and night” compared to the original bulb. It’s sturdy and provides 2 USBs ports (one is USB-C). Important to strengthen the bolts time to time. 👍🏻
I am only 68 kgs and agree the suspension on this bike is total shit. I started to trade the bike in on something else but put a YSS shock and Öhlins fork kit and it totally transformed the bike. Some Pirelli MT21 tires and the bike is a joy to ride off-road. I just can’t understand why Honda put such garbage tires and suspension on this bike?
Seems strong enough! But I haven’t tested enough to tell. I will soon leave for a new adventure to Tunisia 🇹🇳 and I will be able to test it more! Keep you posted!
