TITLE: Which Should You Buy? Nike SB Force 58 OR SB Dunk Low Pros
I think Dunks are cooler, but they are impossible to get, and I would feel bad skating them more than the 58
Well said indeed ☺
Resellers have made dunks impossible to find at retail price. I was hoping the force would skate like a dunk but it doesn’t look like the case.
Yeah, they have made it quite hard. Sad that many pairs will never be skated
They need to just release a dunk that is black and white and not limit it’s stock
I am skating the black white force 58 for 4 Sessions now. They have mad grip and board control out of the box. They fit is a little bit narrow but i like a tight fit for my ankles. I bougt them for 50 euros and really like the look of the shoe. The quality is valuable. They look really similar as dunks and cost 3 times less than some resell SB dunks. (: I can totally recommend them and must say that the are equal to SB dunks. If you look fo a nice simple out of box skatable Nike SB sneaker they are the way to go. (; The only thing i can complain about is the insole. They are crap but are easy to change.
@@helmutdschulnigg5798 I switched back to Vans. Berle pro right now, durability is on par with a dunk (most durable vans I’ve ever skated) and I have a couple pairs of Kyle Walker 2’s on ice.
@@johncoleman7308 Vans are very good skateshoes. :) I dont like skating vulcanized soles because my feet need more cushioing after 25 years of skateboarding. (;
If the Nike SB Force 58 had less horrific colorways, they'd be even more popular
Pretty sure they have some basic ones like black, white, and mixed of those?
i got the force58s last week and they actually feel great. i do ride bmx primarily but ive skated since i was about 6 and they feel great on both
They'd be good for that use! Look nice too
Thanks for the advice man!
Ima get the force 58s
Anytime ☺️ I hope you enjoy 👌
Force 58 are nice, and I like to feel the board more. Have you done a review on the Nike SB Adversary Premium?
Yeah, the 58s do have a little better board feel! I have not on those shoes, and they are no discontinued. Maybe the GTS return looks alike?
I got a pair of the Force 58. You can get the insole out. It’s stuck in but not actually glued in. It’s super thin in any case, I wish they’d put in the Zoom Air insole.
Mine seem pretty glued in and I wasn't too keen on ripping it out, maybe I should now though. Imagine a zoom in it! Maybe I should chuck the Dunk one in.
@@Damoforce I think they put some adhesive tape on the underside of the insole. So fairly straightforward to rip them out.
insoles are removable, just glued in there pretty good. as soon as i got them i took out the insole and replaces them with fp insoles
See, if it's glued in, it isn't really meant to be removed right? FP are kings though!
How did you remove them? I should get them soon so I’d like to know
@@lak5634 they're basically just glued in there, but they'll come out with a little bit of force
I kind of hoped the Force 58 would have more impact support and be more of a cheaper Dunk. Seems it's not quite that, at which point I will probably stick with the eS Accel Slim for that type of shoe for now.
If you have a 3mm insole like FP that may fix it. I'm glad you're enjoying the eS, I had a terrible time 😅
This. Even if they just had an interchangable insole it would be enough for me to go with them. Then i could add some impact protection. But like that i cant skate them eventhough i like them besides that :(
@@Damoforce Yeah, I do enjoy them for how they skate, but am a bit disappointed with how the laces just break every skate session. And they probably aren't the most durable skate shoes. In that respect, I prefer the eS Evant a lot better. But those are pretty fat shoes.
I'm skating the 58s right now and the impact protection feels just fine to me
I have the SB Force 58s that I skate in. If I wanna get a pair of Sb Dunk Low's should I just get the same size as the Force 58s or would u recommend changing the size for the dunks?
Get the same size. The Dunks will be a little wider and thicker around the ankle. But length was the same for me
Got a link to the laces you put in the 58's?
lifetimelaces.com
The SB force 58 are the best option for me
Have you grabbed a set yet? 🙂
@@Damoforce Yes, I usually use this pair
Nike SB Dunk Highs are my favorite skate shoes ever
I have highs I wear, but have not actually skated. I feel like it restricts my dodgy ankle 🤣😢
@@Damoforce I dont think It restricts the ankle at all in my opinion
Are the shoes durable? Cause I was hoping they don't have holes near crease line
They are semi durable. You may want to show glue the stiching to make both sets last longer
What sb dunk is this? Tyi
It was the Bareclona colourway
nike blazer 42,5 Is it the same size?
I'm not too sure sorry, I think the info would be on the Nike website
what about the sb alleyoops
I think they are not made anymore, or here in Australia anyway. There could be random stock floating around
Out of skateable dunks so picked up some Force 58's. Gotta say, they are complete trash going from SB Dunks to 58's. So bad that I'm just gonna rock em and picked up some Ishods. hopefully they'll be a little better.
I didn't really enjoy the Ishod much. I can feel you on the Force 58's. I'm skating Jordan 1 lows atm and they are good apart from a lil lack of impact support.
@Pointless Rat Race hopefully that's not the case for me. I did happen to get some dc Manteca 4 S. Those seem very similar to dunks and have the beefed up suede compared to the regular manteca 4. Hopefully one of these shoes are my dunk replacements. What didn't you like about the ishods?
what is the name of those dunks?
Barcelona
As a sneaker head, id never skate in Dunks. Too expensive and rare. So id def skate the Eff out of the force 58s. I am selling size 9 UCLA dunks if anyone wants!!
Dunks are slowly getting easier to get. Highs are sitting on shelves. Shame lows are not haha
The better question: which shoe can you buy?
Well both haha. But the Force 58 could be easier
Too bad i can only skate hi’s, back to my blazers for now
Dunks make highs 😉 Blazers, they are a narrow fit right?
@@Damoforce yep but not gonna spend tons of cash for those lol, but blazers do stretch, not as slim as Janoskis though
58s are nice
They have a nice look don't they?
why would nike make a shoe that looks like a bootleg of a shoe? why dont they just make more sb's so people can wear them. they are impossible to get a decent price to shred up for skating.
It looks like the new Ishod shoe will be this.
@@Damoforce new ishod shoe?
@@eloymartinez9046 Yeah, he has a Nike Pro model dropping soon.
eS Accel OG is better anyways
After my experience with eS Accel slims, I doubt I'll go back.
hi
Hey Hey ☺
Hi
Hey Hey
Shrimp on the barbe
Don't forget them drop bears!
I just buy reps tbh.
TBH I don't know where to even get decent ones lol
@@Damoforce DHGate my friend
Dc lynx og better than the dunks
Trying the DC Williams Slims, they are solid!
Adidas better
I think it's like Ford vs Holden ( Australian reference )
Dunks are for poser sneakerheads.... id skate that 58 instead
I wished sneaker heads got away from Dunks
