I don't understand why a business would leave it's cash in a building overnight after closing. No alarm , the lockbox easily broken . The bar in north Portland supposedly left a ton of cash in the register , only to be stolen during a break in. Take it HOME WITH YOU , WHERE YOU CAN PROTECT IT .
My thoughts too but they were lazy or scared to leave at night maybe?
Why not setup a safe in the business? A secret spot. Must be an office in the business. Shouldn't be too hard to find a hidey spot. Not very safe driving around with money. Maybe safer. People probably know where the owners live. Would the money be safer at their homes?
How can anyone in Portland think that they can have a safe and prosperous business? Obviously people still do.
Think about camouflage and decoy's! Have the bulk amount of the money in one or more than one safe hiding places, but have your normal cash lockbox in its normal location as a decoy and possibly fill the decoy with some real money attached to bundles of fake money to make it appear as if there's more in there then there really is! Maybe even set a booby trap or hide GPS beacon inside. I was a Rideshare Uber/Lyft Driver for 5 years and after one time being robbed at gunpoint I began to think ahead and be more prepared with a fully stocked fake wallet that's fully made to look authentic and real within my coat pocket and I began carrying multiple different self-defense weapons hidden in multiple spots around my driver seat area within my car. Preparedness always pays off!
I understand how everyone feels, but it should not come to this. A business should be able to do normal business, business in other parts of the country this is normal.
Why is she still wearing a mask in 2024?
To cover his face so he wont be caught when stealing.
Maybe she's immunocompromised, or has a family member who is immunocompromised. It's not all about you!

Masks *don’t* work. I can confirm that, because I just got off a 7-day cruise, and everyone in our group who masked up the whole week came home with COVID. The whole “Because I’m immuno-compromised” thing is crap. You’re gonna get it, mask or no mask.

She has the right to wear a mask. Respect other people’s choices of wearing a mask. The virus has not stopped. Remember the virus mutates !!
She may be still recovering from an illness and doesn't want to spread it. This is completely normal behavior outside the US. Some people make attempts to not get other people sick with what they have, unlike selfish douches like yourself.
