Very cool design, but in the future you may want to show the actual stitching of the round end. Hell doing it right could probably be a video in and of itself.
I made this and I must have used a lighter weight leather than you because my outer tube is extremely loose on the inner tube. To fix this, I ran a saddle stitch around the top edge of the outer tube to draw the circumference right around the inner tube and did likewise on the bottom edge of the cap to tighten it up on the inner tube. This also gives a more finished look to the raw edges
Great video, very easy to follow. A pretty simple and quick project for practicing leatherwork, and now I've got a neat case to add to my faire gear!
