    Starting at 3:10 what is the model # of the bench? I have the same machine and want to integrate this equipment for those exercises.

      David, the bench seen in the video is our GFID225: www.bodysolid.com/home/gfid225/body-solid_folding_multi-bench. Let us know if you have any other questions!

      You can use the low pulley station for a number of lower body moves including deadlifts, donkey kicks, hip movements, lunges, squats & more!

    So whats the true weigjt per stack and is there any way I can connect the two stacks together or not? Can I add gym pins to add more weigjt?

      The GDCC210 features two 160 lb. weight stacks and you can add an additional 50 lbs with our SP50 attachment: www.bodysolid.com/home/sp50/50lb__selectorized_weight_stack_upgrade

    @Body Solid. I own one of these, *FANTASTIC crossover machine.*
    *But I have a question.* I like in the UK, and own the narrow version. (The back bar that connects the weights/pulleys.) I know there was a wider version.
    Is it possible to buy the wider back bar so I can have the pulleys further apart. I have looked online but cant see anywhere that sells it?
    Thanks for any reply. (And thanks for a brilliant video, showed me some variations on exercises I do, and I have done a ton.)

      Thank you for reaching out. If I'm understanding correctly, you are wondering if the GDCC200 back can be added to the GDCC210 to make it wider? www.bodysolid.com/home/gdcc200/body-solid_functional_training_center_200

      @@BodySolidFit Hello, and thank you so much for the reply. Please forgive the late response.
      Yes That is exactly what I would like to do, it appears I just need the wider bar, so I can replace the narrower one I have now, to push the stacks further apart.
      Is it possible to purchase the wider bar please? I am in the UK. I am hoping to move home next year and would have the room for the width.
      Thank you for any assistance.

      @@BodySolidFit Hi, any update on if it is possible to purchase the wider GDCC200 back bar in the UK please?

    Are there any further options than the extra 50lbs to add weight to the weight stacks? Any adapter for plates?

    • @BodySolidFit
      @BodySolidFit  3 роки тому

      We have a few options but your best bet would be the SP50 Weight Stack Upgrade: www.bodysolid.com/Home/SP50/50lb__Selectorized_Weight_Stack_Upgrade

    What is the length of the widest parts of the base (front part) and what is the length of the narrowest parts of the base (back part) in centimeters or meters ?

    Little question: whats the actual resistace when you pull up one weight stack at the gdcc210 machine?

    • @BodySolidFit
      @BodySolidFit  3 роки тому

      Jason, you'll feel 1:2, or ½:1. It halves the weight.

    Ordered one some hours ago. Like the 2x 100kg feature! Delivery on march. Bought the extra bar too :)
    Are there more recommended grip bars?

    • @BodySolidFit
      @BodySolidFit  3 роки тому

      It comes with a few grips that should be able to help you get most workouts done. We do have a few other options that you can view at www.bodysolid.com/home/gdcc210/body-solid_functional_training_center_210/options. Those include a straight press bar, aluminum bars and some storage options.

      Einzig das effektiv ziehbare Gewicht von je 40kg pro Seite stört mich. Für mich schwaches Würstchen reichts noch, aber was danach🤷🏻‍♂️. Über die max. Belastung der Kabel müsste ich mich informieren, dann könnte man noch extragewichte draufpacken👍🏻
