I’ve had this machine for years and it’s given me excellent service. You can do all the exercises shown in the video and more; many one arm and even two arm pulling exercises for the back, a number of chest crossover exercises, quite a few delt lateral type exercises, bicep and triceps curls and extensions and attach a neck harness and do some nice neck exercises. I didn’t even know there was a pull-up attachment.
Hi mate. Just looking at buying one of these. Some of the cable crossovers have stability problems according to some reviews when doing some excercises. Just wondering if this one was ok? Cheers buddy, steve.
@@steve660917: I’ve never had stability issues with mine, ever. But, I bought mine 17 years ago, so I don’t for certain if they are built the same now as they were then. Then again, if they are plate loaded on the slides, which are attached to the vertical ends of the machine, the weights themselves should help stabilize the whole affair and the feet on mine are wide enough to add a good bit of stability to everything. Having said all that, I’m not a very strong guy, so I don’t really load the machine too heavy and unless you’re Godzilla’s cousin, you probably won’t be using a ton of weight yourself for crossovers.

Could you do a lat pull down on this bad boy?
It's not impossible but it would be very difficult unless you're very tall and have long arms. We would definitely not recommend it.
