recipe for 4 people
32 oz of frozen corn
6 cups of water
1/2 of plum tomatoe
1/2 of medium size of onion
2 branches of epazote
kosher salt to taste
1 1/2 of tablespoon seasoning mix parve (OPTIONAL)
when the esquite is ready
put
mayonnaise
parmesan Cheese
a little bit of lime or lemon juice
ground chile de Arbol or cayenne (if you dont like spicy food don't put it)
