I don’t break the end of the cob off. I leave the end of the cob on because it makes for a good holder when cutting the corn. But girl, you got me wanting this RN 🤤 🌽

IF I wasn’t allergic to dairy, IF I wasn’t on a diet and IF I could eat this every day of my life I would. But there’s too many IF’s in that sentence that watching this video is satisfying enough for me.
Helen Garcia I recently made coctel using vegan products and it still came out bomb 😳
Share your recipe girl
My mother in law made this vegan it came out the bomb
Today I made it for my daughter she loved it.. thank you for making it so easy to make 👊🏼
OMG THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS RECIPE!!!! LOVE U GRL YOUR AN AMAZING COOK ❤💞💞💞💞😘 MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY 💖
Yum. I would use mayo. Lol Jayden at 4:15 💀💀 we still see you baby.
Most places here in Texas where I live they call it "elote en vasa" (?) They all boil the whole fresh corn on the cob & then cut it off. Then the corn is mixed with butter & limon. It's then layered with crema & mayo mixed together, cotija & salsa picante on top. Where I live now there's no place that makes them so we made some at home just last week since fresh corn is in season. Omg so good! I've got to make some with the crushes hot Cheetos now though! Looks super yummy!!!😋
Such a good momma, your children are adorable we see they get it from their momma. Never seen this before gonna have to try this cause you opened up for several different versions of this delectable delight. You need to do a cook book it would sale.
Awesome will definitely do it soon. Thank you for all your recipes they are all excellent. Beautiful family.
I’m going to make this soon but won’t use the mayonnaise because my stomach can’t handle it. I’ll use margarine instead. 😋
I have never seen the esquites with hot cheetos up here in California. That is a great idea!!! 👍 I'm going to try this recipe this weekend, thanks for the tip. 😉

What is the herb you put in with the corn? I’ve never heard of it.
Kendra Salerno is Epazote Mexican herb or Chenopodium Ambrosoides ) worm seed
Kendra Salerno is called skunk weed. It's was use by the Aztecs for herbal remedies.
It’s called Epasote (you’ll find it at grocery stores usually close to cilantro)
darlenneASH thank you!!! I’ll pick some up. What’s the flavor like?
Calmate paisana que no conosis el epasoti hahaha
"Hair" on ear corn is called silks. Great presentation and editing
Can you please tell me what type of white powdery stuff you are using?
One is Cotija what is the other one??
Looks delicious
Would definitely try!
Thank you
Please do let me know

Ughh this looks so amazing !!!! I cant wait to try it out
Omg I'm making this for our first cookout of the season!! 🙌🏼 gracias ♥️🙏🏻 🇱🇷🇲🇽
You added too much “caldo” , I’ve never had it that way.
It's so good that way! It makes like a sopa with the cheese and butter and chile! Try it 😍
Everyone makes it different girl not every one is gonna please u
I like the broth ☺️ but if you make it, you can totally drain it 😉
you’ve never had it that way like you said lol but usually esquite (and almost always in Mexico) lleva caldo
Raquel Jimenez she doesn’t have to please me, I’m just stating that she added too much of it and I’ve never had it that way. I never said that’s not the way to do it.
I'd strain the corn so there isn't any water💁🏽♀️
Beautiful family. Thank you for sharing. I'll have to try this with my daughters
I just starting getting recommendations from UA-cam! Thank you YT for recommending such a lovely, talented lady! Can't wait to try your recipes and thank you for always including the ingredients and being so specific, you are the best!!
At least drain the water from the corn everything will get soggy
THATS WAT I COMMENTED!! TOO SOGGY
girl! the caldo is the best part!!
That part had me biting my nails lmaooo
I know lol that bothered me too 😬
I like the broth ☺️
I like her recipes but I can’t stand her high pitch voice- it’s like nails on a chalkboard
