While this isn't the worst thing Cartman did, it is the episode i would show to someone who knows nothing about South Park to explain to them exactly who Cartman is. It's just pure him
He cuts out a pretty good joke. When Cartman is telling Stan to tell Wendy to back out he pukes up his underwear and Stan is in shock and Cartman just goes “oh thats where those were” and puts them in his pocket
I’ve been watching South Park since the first episode aired in 99. I think this may be my favorite one. Not only are the jokes great, but after everything that little sh*t bag has done… I remember seeing it for the first time. I literally jumped out of my seat and yelled “yeeeeaaaa!”
this is his second biggest L. Awsomo is an episode were Cartman disguise himself as a robot to learn Butters secrets but quickly learns that Butters has an embarrassing video of him. Cartman is tortured half to death.
It also works better because it is a rare Butters W. For all of Cartman's shenanigans, Wendy is just someone tired of his crap, but Butters has consistently been a victim of his worst schemes.
Cartman always forgets Butters natural talent for business. That kid is capable of not only skyrocketing to the top of any business but create a corporate empire in the process. If you want to exploit Butters financially, don’t.
Currently sat on the toilet on Day 3 of having food poisoning from a stale ASDA lasagne that was mislabelled, it feels like there is a knife in my stomach. Thank you for keeping my spirits high Nux!
There's also the complete opposite of this episode, where Cartman laughs at and makes fun of a man with dwarfism throughout the entire episode, only for that guy to end up physically fighting Cartman in a similar way to this episode, except he was very easily beaten and ridiculed by Cartman in front of everyone
Now imagine how much more satisfying seeing all that unfold in real time would have been. I know I keep saying this on every South Park video of yours, but don't you think watching full episodes would be a better idea at this point?
1:24 especially when he's a master of counter attacks too, make him wear pubes... you eat your parents, laugh at him having Aids?... now you have Aids, if this was Uno he has ALL the reverse cards, Yugioh Blue Eyes and traps.
That episode is also part of a larger trend of Cartman being very fragile (both physically and in terms of his inflated ego). Every time any of the kids gets angry enough to actually inflict physical harm to Cartman, he winds up crying in pain and failing to fight back. Cartman is routinely powerless in direct 1-on-1 combat, and instead pursues a majority of attacks using pyschological warfare or manipulation of others.
Wendy's definitely one of my favorite characters. I absolutely love it when she's in the spotlight because she often comes with interesting debates whether it's her or people arguing against her.
Technically, Cartman committed murder by proxy; someone else had the gun and shot the Tennermans, but it was based on Cartman's deliberate misinformation.
@@kylenguyen7371 That's close enough. He wanted them dead and took the necessary actions to do it. He then very knowingly fed the parents to their own son. He even sang a song about it, admitting to everyone what he did.
6:10 I've seen this episode 3 times and yeah satisfied Cartmen finally gets what he deserved... however here I mean he could've avoided it by playing the respect woman card. He was taught never to hit a girl, admitting saying "ye I've done many messed up things, but that's where I draw the line. I won't fight you Wendy, because I can't" then if she does beat him up, she loses.
@emeraldfinder5 I was referring to the Post Covid and Return of Covid specials, where Cartman grew up to be a good person with a happy jewish family because he was allowed to spend time away from South Park and all of its chaos Due to time travel shenanigans, he was forced to sacrifice his own happy life and his family in order to ensure that his friends didn't split up as kids, allowing them all to have better lives as adults But because Cartman was exposed to South Park his whole life, he was a homeless drunk constantly shouting slurs at everybody as an adult You never expected to honestly feel bad for Cartman, but that ending was a gut punch
Cartman just reminds me of what I could’ve become as a kid I was an asshole because my parents spoil me rotten because I have epilepsy and I’m special needs, but I know is manipulative as fuck if I did not transfer repeatedly I see myself doing exactly what Cartman does I’m glad I decided to make a change in my life, but this is all that Cartman reminds me of
4:30 Equal rights, Equal fights, hey sure guys, If you don’t wanna hit women, you can’t hit me, a Trans Woman, I’m an Asexual, Closeted Trans, Lesbian, in a Transphobic, Acephobic, Family, which is difficult… Sooooo yeah, Respect me and my fellow Women~ 🙏🏳️⚧️🏳️🌈🙏 *TRANS WOMEN ARE WOMEN, TRANS MEN ARE MEN* *RESPECT US~^^* 10:56 I have Goosebumps from it *RIGHT NOW* that is a powerful monologue by Principle Victoria, very good~
That's not what happened. That's never happened. Wendy and Cartman were on the same debate team and she found herself attracted to him but she never broke up with Stan.
Wish Blooms hadn't skipped the part where Wendy describes the hurt she's going to put on Cartman: "I'm going to shove your ass down your throat and make you eat your underwear." Cartman heard "I'll let it go if you eat your underwear."
1:26 Cartman is like Fiore from Disventure Camp There are both little children who love cosine chaos to other's for the fun of it. And they don't leave other's alone.
I wouldn't say this is the worst thing to happen to him, but I will say this is one of the best examples of Cartman FA and FO. Some of the boys might have even given Eric a sliver of respect if he just owned up and apologized instead of doing all this cowardly shit.
Wendy holds an unmatched record in giving Cartman two HUGE L's in a row, in regards to the small handful of L's Cartman actually gets over the course of the series. The second L isn't as great as this one, but is a slaughter in it's own right and pretty satisfying as well( and also a reminder that Cartman is physically unable to learn from his mistakes)
11:51 Oh was one of my favorites seens. Real talk I don't watch south park that much cuz well you knwo adult reasons. And i'm also more of a kids cartoons fan but still.
I didn't know this until I watched the movie but the ending of the Wendy vs Cartman fight was was a parody of the ending to the the movie there will be Blood.
As crazy as Cartman is, there are kids like him, they drove me crazy dealing with them, i was blessed my parents knew i wasn't a violent child so they knew i was telling the truth but damn the teachers were suckers for alligator tears.
You know, this isn't that way people should be handling bullying. I'm not defending Cartman, but you can't just go beating people who make you angry. Other kids picked on me all the time, and I had to learn that the hard way when I was a kid. You really have to just ignore them as long as they aren't physically hurting you. It's one of those things that just goes away if you look away most of the time. It was tough, but I think it made me a significantly more mentally resilient person and much less prone to violence as an adult.
Lmao, hell no he deserved the ass beating Wendy gave him 💀 if it was anyone else, I'd agree Wendy shouldn't fight them and just walk away but it's cartman so screw that.
Ngl, Cartman is my fav character, 1 because he causes a shit ton of chaos and I love watching chaos, and 2 he's evil and gets his ass handed to him, which is top pier entertainment in any scenario
Anyone with a sane mind can agree that the beating wendy gabe him was far over due, seriously, only people with their politics shoved so far up their ass would actually say that wendy somehow was wrong in doing what she did.
You know what would be actually funny? If after all this build up Cartman just punched Wendy, knocking her out cold and winning the fight, followed by usual abrupt ending titles.
I'm pretty sure Trapper Keeper was the worst thing that has ever happened to him. Getting turned into a mountain sized sentient blob and then getting your a** kicked by Mecha Streisand has to be way, way worse than this.
I definitely hated Cartman in this episode for making fun of breast cancer because i have a family history of cancer. My grandpa's oldest brother had it, my grandpa himself fought it for years, my dad's biological mother died from breast cancer before I was even though about, my mom's dad was just digitnosed with it about a year ago and i could go on but i think I've made my point.
Random fact about Wendy: Stan had a crush on her since the pilot, and he had it BAD. Eventually it becomes mutual.... To the point that Wendy literally threatens a substitute teacher when she notices the boys (including Stan) finding said teacher attractive. And then Wendy later followed up on said threat by making soldiers from an enemy country falsify records and evidence that said teacher was a spy/sleeper agent working for them, resulting in said teacher getting deported, and from there things only get worse for the poor woman. Moral of the story: don't fuck with Wendy Testaburger, as the girl herself put it.

Game of thrones is extremly mid even without the finally… he really doesn’t have to watch it. Ill say Peter Dinklage’s character kept me watching. Its good for them he didn’t dye off.
