The lg service person told me use tub clean with descaling powder for every 30 cycles. Is this true. After how many wash cycles i need to use tub clean and purchased recently.
It's not true. In order to sell more powder, they are telling to do so. Minimum 3 months or maximum 4 months once. Ex. We use washing machine alternate days. So, we use powder every 4 months once. If daily, then 3 months once is enough.
