The message I am trying to deliver here is that there is an expectation from hedge funders and historical data that REITs as a whole will increase significantly once we see rate cuts which is the expectation in 2024.

If you are in for the dividend, I would not sell if it reaches the target price as long the company is still solid. I see stock that keep chugging along north without turning back.

No one knows when the Fed is going to cut interest rates. Not even Chairman Powell , let alone a bunch of investment bankers. But one thing I know is that there are many high quality REITS right now trading well below their intrinsic value. I"ve been buying a ton of REITS. I can't wait until I can regret not buying even more like i did with h igh qualityenergy companies 4 years ago
