- This is how I make my mokthuk, one of my favorite dumpling soup recipes. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
soup base:
cabbage
leek
celery
any green vegetable
1 onion
some beef bones
2.5 liter of water
1 tablespoon oil
pinch of pepper (sichuan)
1-2 tablespoon salt
momo dough:
500g flour
1 teaspoon salt
water
momo meat:
2 green onions
1 teaspoon salt
pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon of oil
some water
optional finish:
green vegetables
cilantro

I love Mokthuk. The first time I've tried it was at a small restaurant run by a Tibetan family, in Boudha, Kathmandu. It's definitely different than Jhol momo. Super tasty! I am happy we have a little Tibet in our city. I learn about new dishes everyday. 😋

Rote Zwiebel ist für Salat … nehmen sie weiss Zwiebeln oder Schalotten.. Zwiebel zuerst separat anrösten in Lyoner Pfanne oder Metal pfanne dann Fleisch geröstete zweibel mit alles Zutaten kalte ansetzen.. und dann sieden pünkt bringen.. warum ( die Eiweiss (Protein) kommt oben in die topf Oberfläche) .. und dann passieren..
