i don't see how you can make any money when you pay 660,000 for 80 acres. i didn't hear the whole thing so i don't know if there was a house or buildings. paying these prices you will have another farm problem like years ago.
Can't wait for trump to get in office so we can get this price back down to $150 an acre. 50 cent a gallon gas. 29 cents a dozen eggs. He promised and I'm going to hold him to it.
@@RR-bt5xv I was being facetious, if you couldn't tell. Trump's backtracking as we speak.. "well, I'm not sure I can get them down...." blah blah blah. Well, if that is the case, why were you ragging on Joe for high prices?
@@mikelembke5121 Oh, bullshit. MAGA has blamed Biden for everything to sway peoples minds to vote against their own interests. So, yes... gas, food... everything... they said it was all because of Joe. If he has no control of anything, why were they blaming him for it? I've always thought that big business could inflate prices while Democrats/Biden was in office just to make the nation hate him.... then, if he lost the election to the con man, they could lower them just a bit and make their man look like a hero. Wouldn't hurt their business one bit~ they'd rake in the money and make the nation hate the incumbent. You don't think that they wouldn't all stick together in hopes of getting their taxes chopped to the bone?
That’s a great buy. Get yourself a travel trailer and camp and if you don’t like the view move anywhere on your 80 acres Damn it
I guess the previous already high $5000/acre is irrelevant now . This is insane for some land in Kansas.
im from kansas

What was the winning amount?
$82,500?
It sold for $8,250/acre for this property.
the total 8250 times 80 is 660,000.

@b$radbradshaw-i4n ..$8,250 for all 80 acres.....they are auctioning 80 acres as a one piece....
$8 ,250 final bid for 80 acres.....not bad at all, ..
“Will not stay” is insane. What a mess. Remove the crap, then sell.

@@osut688 no he didn't promise your prices but will try to lower prices ,it is a fantasy to believe a president can dictate what a company charges

we have farm land in nw iowa worth 25000.00 per acre.
there is no land in iowa worth 25,000 per acre. that would be 16 million for a section.
@@bradbradshaw-i4n The land is worth what willing buyers will pay on any given day.
🤣😂🤣😂🤣
It's not worth $25,000 an acre, just ppl dumb enough to pay that!!
off grid living
That was a bargain
So basically the auctioneers can take whatever they want
Makes no sense
Supply and demand,,,,same thing in Tennessee,,,,,,,but if land was 2000 per acre every dum ass would buy it some way,,,,,,so
