I've been saying the same thing. He had been to Pabu and he knew about the Batch's connection to Phee, so why would he need to track them back to Pabu? He knew they were staying there between missions, so why would that not be the first place he would look for Omega?

I don't think that's Tech, if they'll revive him I'd say he's the new type of X clones, the one that Hemlock's been working on, 'cause if you see, they haven't shown us yet the new project, just the images from his datapad (which are very likely the early stages of the darktroopers)...
They wiped his mind and reprogrammed him! He is neuro atypical (season 2 reveal in his talk with Omega about Echo leaving TBB). It might be that the way his brain is wired might have made it possible to wipe and reprogram his mind. Especially since Nala Se created TBB and knows better than anyone how they can be biologically manipulated.😊

In the two most recent episodes, it's revealed that the Clone Assassin didn't know who Phee was until Cid (referred to as the Trandoshan) gave him intel about her. It's also revealed that the Clone Assassin didn't know about the planet Pabu until he accessed the data on Phee's ship.
If the clone assassin was truly Tech, he would have already known about Phee and Pabu beforehand. The fact that he didn't indicates that he isn't Tech.
He could have had his memory wiped to make it easier for him to be controlled. Remember these Shadow’s have their identity completely wiped. Crosshair’s will was just too strong to be broken by whatever they tried but Tech in his weakened state couldn’t fight back.
@@vanguardtrainer924 You're stretching it. Especially given that if what you're suggesting is correct, then 3/4 of the 'evidence' that this video has brought up has to be discarded.
The usage of specific words like 'domicile', the suggestion that the clone assassin was familiar with Phee's ship, the suggestion that the clone assassin was personally attached to the bad batch because he easily singled out Omega and referred to them as 'Rogue clones'.
Alot of the video's 'evidence' is incredibly flimsy and based on extreme conjecture, where largely insignificant details are overinterpreted so that they sound more important than they actually are.
But if what you're suggesting is correct, and Tech's memory has been wiped, then nearly all of the video's evidence has to be discarded regardless, because the evidence is based off parts of Tech's personality and memories, which would have been wiped.

He probably never died it was to foggy on that planet to know if he truly died to he could of survived and got captured by the empire and they only said they found his goggles but they wouldn’t have been honest with them even the empire can lie and said that’s all they found from his remains and taken him away but I don’t know maybe he landed on water or something that caught his goggles on that’s how he lose them but I don’t know we honestly gonna have to wait and see I hope they reunite with each other at the end I hope that it’s not him and they just have him somewhere in the the facility where omega is and rescue him.

Tech knew about Pabu. CX-2 had to find out. That aside, he isn't a sniper. And he sounds more like Crosshair.
Well it turns out you were wrong on this one and Clone X was nothing more than some nameless assassin.
Not only that. They also heavily focused on Tech in season 2. And in the episode with his death they emphasized the grapple guns and how good he is with them.
But why would cross hair be rejected for the shadows for being defective but tech would

I mean Crosshair did say that they tried and it just didn’t work. Tech and Crosshair obviously aren’t identical, so there’s no reason to assume it can’t be Tech.
I think its actually crosshair and the one with the bb is a fake. Think about it that cx can seriously shoot that rifle and sounds like crosshair. Also crosshair is not able to shoot accurately! Its another clone brainwashed to think hes crosshair and the real one is the agent

CX-2 may be a clone hybrid of clone force 69 because he's competent in several techniques ( good perception like hunter, aiming skills like crosshair, intelligence like tech and brawling like wrecker)
I think it’s just crosshair. He recognised crosshair presumably because they used crosshairs blood to give the cx clones crosshairs aim and if it was all of clone force 99s genes, he would be a bulky dude and extremely smart which we haven’t really seen yet. We have seen the sniping tho and he is hitting shots only crosshair would. Also crosshairs aim being off could be because it got given to the cx clones

You missed one more piece of evidence. That shadow operative controls his ship and electronics using an arm wrap device similar to how Tech controlled devices using his datapad.

So there are some potential points to back that up 1 it could explain the extremely impressive marksmanship displayed by Clone X, and 2 I think that the empire could've used the samples of his blood in order to clone him and I swear for a brief second I know he uses a voice scrambler I swear it's starting to sound like crosshair
But would they have had time to grow a Crosshair clone?
@Himmiefan I doubt they problay would have time but I think a more likely outcome is that it may be possible Hemlock managed to alter their genetic code some and managed to enchance these clones with Crosshair's marksmanship skills and if even more of a stretch maybe even Tech's DNA as well to give them a strategic mind.

The X trooper that was locked up on Rex's base knew who CrossHair was and vice versa. So, they either trained in a group or were familiar with the others being trained. In which case...CrossHair would have seen Tech and would have informed the Batch so, they could rescue him and turn him back. So, I am doubtful that Tech was in that group of X troopers.

Well, for THAT to happen, it'd have to actually BE Tech in the first place, which is by no means confirmed. It may actually make more sense that it ISN'T Tech at all even.
We also know that Hemlock did go down to “Techs Grave” to retrieve his Goggles…

Wednesday May 1, 2024 at 10:25 PM, I finished watching the Season 3 last Episode of The Bad Batch, Episode 15, Tech did not show up in any episodes of Season 3. HE WAS GOOD AS DEAD! Typing this Message at 11:20 P.M. Wednesday May 1, 2024.
I think it was him. Look at how Hunter and Crosshair look at him after they throw the spear at him. It wasn’t a regular look it was like they knew him or something about him really bothered them on a personal level. He definitely was tech, go back they gave him a super strange look when he was hanging there

The producers of Disney said that season 3 of the bad batch would have a winter soldier like effect. That in my interpretation means that not only is tech brainwash but he will not know anything of his life prior to indoctrination. He might recall glimpses but that's about it

This may be another tech correlation that may or may not have been discussed but in one of those clips you see the assassin after the battle walking with a limp or an injured leg which i believe could be a nod to tech’s injury shortly before his death when he injured his leg on soreno
If it is Tech, then it makes his death lose stakes and meaning as a moment for the bad batch to move on. I would rather him just remain unmasked (as underwhelming as it sounds) and have him be Crosshair’s rival whom he has to kill, or sacrifice himself to kill in the climax of a battle or finale , as he’s getting the tech treatment and completing his redemption story.

Other things to note that hint it’s Tech-
He leaves with omega by himself on his own ship. Not with the empire, omega can somehow get the chance to reveal its tech and maybe reason with him.
Also he waits until wrecker is clear of the ship before blowing it up. But close enough to know what can knock wrecker out but not kill him. No one else would know that distance like tech.
Mount Tantis is a secret location. I would bet all of those reinforcements did not come from there or even know it exists. So why would Omega go with them lol?
@@SupChad735 rewatch season 2. Hemlock has more available resources than any other imperial at this point. He’s easily got way more commandos than any other as well.

Thats why the CX trooper took Omega, hes probably the only person there besides the commando that knows about and is permitted to go to mount tantis. I feel like only a percentage of his memories were wiped. Remembering Omega, but not Pabu. His speech to Crosshair on the waterfall "you could have been one of us" had dual meanings. He probably tortured Cid because part of his brain remembered how much she wronged them.

2 Tech was not sneaking on Phee’s ship for the location of Pabu. Tech already knew where Pabu is…. Maybe 🤔 he left something instead. Maybe a way to track himself or he has a secret plan…
Finally if this is tech he could be Dead ☠️ and this is the reanimated corpse of Tech indicating he was part of the precursor research for Dark Trooper project phase Zero… which would explain some interactions such as he’s somewhere in there and he doesn’t full follow orders for the empire.
I don’t think it’s tech but a hybrid of the batchers I think hemlock found his corpse and used that dna yo create a hybrid of the two I mean we do se that crosshair got blood taken and hemlock had the goggles meaning he had to have found the body.

Yup thats the most possible outcome. He sounds exactly like him and he can shoot really good. It could be that the crosshair with the batch is a fake and the cx is the real one after the processing and torture etc. That explains why he can't shoot

@@DS9TREK yeah I agree with that the only counter I can think of is the fact that the kaminoins were on palpatines side this entire time so they could have grown more bad batch clones which isn’t likely and there’s also the fact that hemlocks obviously been on tantus for a good while at least a few years considering those compounds they have there in the mountain that takes time and there’s three so he could have been working on project necromancer and other projects for the last few years of the war so it’s a possibility but not very likely

i don't think it's tech or cody. is just someone else. for example when rex captured one of these agents. then he knew who rex was. and if this agent is cody or tech then that rex or the batch team would completely know their tactics how they would always act. Ultimately, he hasn't really expressed a specific characteristic that can be linked to the batch team or about rex 🤷♂️
The levels of hoping and coping in this video is insane tbh some are the clues are valid but most are a stretch at best
Bad writing would probably make it tech, though it would make more sense that it is cody, he displayed competence as a commander in the last episode.
So if bad writing makes it tech then being bad batch, it must be tech.
Another clue is when the shadow agent said that he broke thru an encryption in the most recent episode. Also a characteristic of Tech.
Also one very important note is he doesnt FOLLOW ORDERS! like the rest of the bad batch

If they reached out to barriss who was in prison I’m pretty sure they would’ve went to imprisoned clones such as slick and dogma to begin the cx program and I am personally convinced the first clone assassin was slick Rex went down with the attack cruiser he wasn’t on any list so that one clone knew who he was personally

adding onto the point of crosshair not being able to be turned and tech probably in a weakened state tech is also physically closer to a standard clone then crosshair which could contribute have allowed him to be turned
I totally agree with your predictions. I also have an idea as to how he can be saved; remember how Ahsoka freed Rex from his inhibitor chip? Well, Omega could potentially have the ability to use the force if Midichlorians are injected into her blood, and with a little experience with animals as well as that small training from Gungi and Ventress, she could learn by herself how to tap into it. This would then help her “sense” and find the circuits or components that are controlling Tech (or and Clone X Asassins in general) which would restore his free will…
It could just be someone who has Tech’s memories or Tech’s dead body being controlled.

I’m personally leaning more towards it being Cody, but it could very well be Tech just as easily. Problem I have with it being Tech is that he was very aware of the island they were hiding on. Considering how smart he was, he would’ve at least checked it. Unless he’s lost memory from the conditioning.

Tech knew about Pabu. If he was CX-1 he would have gone there right away without ever needing to question Cid or obtain the coordinates from Phee’s ship, as he had already flown there
if it is Tech, he must have had his memory wiped, because Tech knows EXACTLY where Pabu is because he pilots the Marauder there several times. If he hadnt had his memory wiped then he wouldnt have had to interrogate Cid to find the location to track Phee to get the islands location...

just a thought when tech shoots the cable 4:44 he uses his left hand to shoot. the assassin on the other hand in 3:52 uses his right hand with the knife against crosshair in the water.
I have suspicions it was between CC-2224 or CT-9902. Both are likely to be this CX-2. Might be more leaning towards Tech cause of the number.
I really hope this is true only if Omega is able to get through to Tech and they both escape. Have Crosshair try to help Tech and they both get through their trauma together.
