19:11 I built a specific setup of nightblade tanking for dungeons just because I love going fast too. It can run from add pack to pack before the rest of the group even makes it there while I also still speed buff them to keep up with double Swift jewellry (the last is infused because I use it for potion speed and Arkasis' Genius), refreshing path and concealed weapon. I use the time I have by getting there first to caltrop the ground, void bash the enemies in and soul burst immobilize them in and consistently drink potions throughout the whole run to give my team insane amounts of ult buildup and myself as a nightblade argonian because of my already present 20 ult per potion passive on class.
Then on boss fights I got my nazaray and through my skills I apply Minor Main, Major Main, Minor Cowardice, Major Cowardice, Minor Breach, Major Breach, Minor Vulnerability, Major Vulnerability and Minor Brittle and once these are all on I pop the Aggressive horn, extend all these debuffs with the max ult I built up easily, give my team the major force and sometimes can extend it just a bit further by building up ult so fast I might get a few extra seconds after the nazaray cooldown is off. Teammates get to use their ults to burst the boss as it gets debuffed and have a good chance of getting another pop because of my potions if their ult is cheap.
Daily Random normals get speedrun (if the team wants it to be)!

Speaking from experience as someone who has desperately tried to make it work:
Team ulti-gen sets are never as good as you think in pugs. Your teammates either don't know they have increased ulti-gen, forget they even have an ult or simply refuse to ult as if their lives depended on it. Even using Drake's Rush with its distinct *bwong* sound won't be enough to clue most pugs teammates into the fact that they should be using their ults more.

Nice! I have also tried out the potion cooldowns on an argonian. If you add in the healing cp Foresight it's even better. I tried it out in HM vDSR. It was a good time.

Also, what @bowaster57 says here. Unfortunately so many people will just sit on ults, so it can be hard to get maximum use out of a lot of this stuff.

Dude, this is fantastic - please do Necromancer tank next! It's my favourite class to tank on (then Arcanist) and could really use a nightharrow tank vid for these!! I know there's other channels but nobody does it like you, chief

Thanks man, and absolutely. Ill probably do DK first, then move to the new necro meta. Unfortunatly this stuff takes weeks, so stay tuned. If you want to see what Im doing right now on my necro, I live streamed a HM vDSR last friday. Might tide you over until I can get a video out.
