I'm late on this one because I'm just sitting here binge watching your videos. I can't get enough haha. You're so open and relatable. Just started on the app a couple weeks ago and I'm absolutely loving how inspiring it is and the guided workouts are sooo helpful! Don’t worry it’s perfectly fine to not to befine! That’s how we know you are authentic because I can relate to you soooo much! When I’m in my days I’m so sensitive and so hard on myself. When you feel down when you’re alone try asking why you feel (xyz) when you are. BONUS TIP: Boiled egg hack, after boiling it, rinse with cold water and put in a cup/mug and shake it up the shell literally starts coming off super quick! Hope it helps !

Especially on my period and especially the entire month of December and this month because my doggie, my baby, the love of my life.... is dying. And she’s being put down this Friday and I’m absolutely heartbreaking. It’s ok to be vulnerable and I thank you for doing so. We are all just making it through.

The cold water and ice on the boiled eggs stops them cooking inside the shells, as they retain a lot of heat even when you take them out of the water. This both makes them easier to peel and stops them from overcooking!

More than 2 cans/week (or .1 mcg of mercury from tuna per pound of bodyweight) can lead to a mercury buildup in our own systems and can make depression and anxiety worse, and I don't want that to happen to you ♥️I love you!! Also 100% trying this salad soon bc it looks BANGING

Always have a bowl of ice water ready (splash of vinegar ). After boiling your eggs immediately put the eggs in that ice bath to 1. help it stop cooking; 2. the vinegar helps making the peeling process MUCH easier :)

Instead of running water(wasting water) just grab a bowl put cold water with ice and eggs only needs to sit for a few minutes, they’ll still peel perfectly!😉

I always enjoy adding fermented foods for mental health, they make me feel happiness and euphoria easier. I enjoy fermented raw kefir, and fermented raw pickles for this and I also eat fermented raw sauerkraut.

Hard boiled egg hack! Add salt to the boiling water when it cooks and run cold water on egg as you peel. The shell comes off sooooo smoothly!

What size bowl are you using for your lunch? I find it hard to find the perfect size bowl that keeps the meal feeling
