They need to stop overpricing these houses in Jamaica…. You know what i could get for 2M in Atlanta or Houston for that? 😢 I probably could even get a blue heron or toll brothers house for that price
This is not Texas, Florida or Atlanta. The demand keeps pushing up prices in JA, not the RE Agents. They’re not short of buyers. Obviously the “old” Jamaica that you know with old houses and outdated styles DOES NOT exist anymore!!
Videographer keep up the good work. As a fan and avid filmmaker, I noticed that in some of your indoor scenes, the background is blown out. Do you use ND filters? That could help. Also, I try locking your exposure so that it won't adjust in your scene.

The sea is a threat now and the future there is no protection from flooding caused by storm surge. The cost and size of the units are is expensive considering the public road infrastructure is under developed , food shopping is not convenient.
This house is out date for the price , the grills on the property is so old school for that price it should have a state of the art security system where you don’t need to let the property look like a prison this house need to be renovated to a more updated version of it former self because this is not it for that price do your research if you are trying to price these home/ mansion in USD then make it make sense if I was going to buy a home in Jamaica 🇯🇲 and this was one of them I would say no

I don’t like the tiles on the floor not modern in design. Cheap looking for the price. The staircase are beautiful but not the best home you’ve shown. Very disappointing 😢
