i'm good with gsx1200 pro, 1000 wasn't in the store that time lol. my expression was exactly as this guy when i heard that sound around me in stereo srh1540. or firstly i had srh540 i don't sure. as i remember i get 1540 exactly for gsx1000, but as i said 1000 wasn't so i get 1200pro that extrafunction i don't need... probably as i don't need extra quality of this a16 stuff... however i curios. i'd like to listen for comparison, and then probably after some tests my self...:) honestly for me gsx1200 sound so good, really hard to believe something can be better.
Hi, the A16 SE (Speaker Edition, using only 2 speakers) is coming out this month in France, and here next Spring, it think $8,000. For a fee you can ship back your headphone edition for upgrade. Will you be doing a review when it's available?

@@defertonoone4564 Hmmm. That's really strange. I don't believe I'm doing anything special. The only thing I've uncovered on their website is below. Unsure if it's helpful. I can keep digging and see what I can do to help you out. "Q. The documentation mentions a web server for operating the A16. How does that work ? A dynamic web server runs inside the A16 and is connected to your home network using an RJ45 ethernet cable in much the same way as one would connect a DVD player or smart TV. From that point on the user can control the A16 by opening a web browser and navigating to the A16 web page. You can do this from your PC/Mac, tablet or phone. From the web page you can pretty much control/configure everything including all the real time controls like the headphone volumes and you see all the status information updated in real time like the audio level meters. You can upload PRIR files to the A16 or download PRIR files. The software also runs an HTTP client meaning that the A16 can also communicate directly with our Virtual Audio Exchange website to access your PRIR/BRIR files held in your account, or for automatic firmware updates, all under your control of course. Although the web server can control every aspect of the A16 it will be most useful for setup, file organisation and preset programming since the normal day-to-day operations can be controlled by the remote or from the front panel."
Overkill for sure, but the price reflects the quality and complexity from what I've read. I'm the exact use case (city, older building, can't do a home theater system) so bit the bullet. You should really at least do the measurements of 2 speakers. You can integrate these 2 speakers into any of the Dolby Atmos rooms.

Too overkill but well deserve to exist, I wished they've made a mini and affordable version of it, with convenience and simplicity in mind.
