How do they not know if he was conscious during his fall? Like what… you think he was unconscious and miraculously walked and fell over the balcony? Yeah… NOT
@bend8353 but drug use and alcohol drastically decreases your reaction time. I don't think it's definite he was unconscious as the translation says "not fully conscious or was experiencing a state of noticeable decrease or loss of consciousness at the time of the fall."
I want to know why he had so many injuries unrelated to the fall, why another hotel guest says they heard screaming and banging so loud that they thought there was construction, four exactly how long he was alone, and where all the video there must have been went. He's someone who was known very well to the point where fans gathered around the hotel not even hours after this happened for a vigil. None of that adds up.
Everything was staged. From his room to his fall. He was beaten to death and thrown off the balcony. His bag was strapped to him to make it look like he was trying to escape. This story is bs
Right!? Why couldn't he just walk out the door or be accompanied by someone? If he was being that crazy, then call the cops. Matter of fact is, he was trying to ESCAPE. Never heard of a hotel locking someone up in their room
They were trying to unalive him and he was trying to run out the hotel and they dragged him back to his room where he then tried to leave through balcony… 23 injuries that wasn’t related to a fall… they harmed him.
They are bringing a new story every week… that proof is enough that they are trying to cover up something bigger! Sorry but that bag was on the balcony like you could’ve seen it right away… WHY NOW bringing this idea??!!
They change the story cause people don't buy their previous story. He fell in a day time and noone was in the courtyard ,pool or other balconies is that a ghost hotel noone saw nothing only their"witnesses" who are paid actors
Sus! So they beat him up, he lost consciousness, they freaked out threw him over and said he jumped? I don’t wanna be a conspiracy theorist but nothing is adding up but suspicion.
That's 99% to what I think happened. The witness in the room opposite recalled hearing furniture being broken so loud he thought there was construction going on. And now the important parts: witness also heard raised/arguing voices (plural), people constantly going in and out of the room *and now the most important part: just before Liam "fell" witness heard a man scream,, but it was more of a feral, almost animalisitc noise. I think the hotel/someone was fighting with him/beating him up and either he lost consciousness or was already dead before he went over the balcony* He had his bag, hat, phone and apparently a whiskey bottle with him when he "fell". He had none of the those things 10 minutes beforehand outside his room when they carried him up so either the minute they locked him in he started smashing things up (and making animalistic noises) whilst putting his bag, cap on and phone and whiskey (also throwing another bag down to the 2nd floor - then accidentally slipped but didn't move or naturally reflex in mid air like some who was conscious would. They want people to believe that within a 10 minute period (at most) he did all that and lost consciousness on the outside of the balcony which would cover the reason for the dead drop. I just don't buy it. PLUS his Rolex is still missing. Me? I think someone wanted to rob him for the watch (it's worth at least 30 grand), set whatever they had to up to get it, and either him dying was planned or a plan gone wrong. But he didn't do this to himself accidentally. No way.
Because the investigation is ongoing. If you don’t want to be a conspiracy theorist, then understand nothing is going to add up right now. Investigators are still gathering info, conducting interviews, and getting answers to their questions.
@ fr it’s a tragic,Liam and the rest of the 1d boys have also ever since 2010 have consistently been locked inside their hotel room all alone, not even together but all alone.
Staff should NOT have taken Liam to the room on his "own"...@ funny that they mentioned to the police that they were "worried" about Liam & the balcony!
If it's true that he was locked in his room so he could not open his door and leave, that IS HELD AGAINST HIS WILL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know why you are having trouble with the word escape when that's all he could do once being locked up with no way to get out after 3 huge guys grabbed him and carried him to his room and locked him in there.
@@peo3279 They think that if they take just enough, they won’t die. People usually take them to either help their physical or mental problems, (and many more) but most end up overdosing- like Juice WRLD and Michael Jackson. In this case, Liam obviously didn’t overdose, he just took enough to make himself unconscious. I’m not a professional, though-
Surely the staff who left him should be charged with death by negligence as surely they had a duty of care for clients if they took him to a room and laft balcony accessable.
This 2nd bag was never mentioned on the floor beneath until after like now. The hotel planted the 2nd bag after the fact to make the story more believable.seems lie police and hotel is involved like they always are. Why cant they show the footage is clear up all the misconceptions.
So, I understand that the hotel staff removed him from the lobby, since he was acting erratic, but I don't understand, why they would throw him into his room, they should have called police or an ambulance for that matter to calm the situation and waited in a room, like the hotel office or staff room, until police arrived. I also find it odd, that the hotel staff forces him into his room, then call police and say he might jump over the balcony, hmmm, kinda fishy, don't know what to think. But then again, being he was so drugged up, he could have gone in and out of consciousness and when he came to, he thought he needed to escape, by whatever his mind was thinking in a drugged state?? Btw, does the hotel have cameras facing the balconies??
There was apparently video evidence showing him fall over the balcony due to being semi conscious or completely unconscious, I strongly believe that he didn’t know what happened & I believe that whoever gave him the alcohol and drugs should be held accountable as well as hotel staff, why didn’t they put him in a room that was secure & didn’t have a balcony, this could have been a completely different scenario. Just don’t get it, if your worried about someone’s welfare, why put them in such a precarious situation??? Just shouldn’t have happened!!!
If he was unconscious how did he fall off balcony. Should the hotel not be charged for taking him to a room and not locking his balcony. Was he thrown off balcony?

This guy was messed up, doing loads of drugs, taking drugs off random people, getting prostitutes when he has a GF. Surely life should be pretty simple when you have essentially retired from a boy band and have $50million in the bank. Should allow you to get a pretty, loving, wonderful wife and a nice home to just live a more secluded life and have a family. The guy instead chose drugs and hookers.
His girlfriend was a total vacuous nightmare of a woman. If he was with prostitute's, it's possible their pimps could've been trying to intimidate for money etc.
I think that the fall off the balcony in the hotel room Liam was attempting to stay in was due to disorientation that when got to the balcony, he thought that there would be a platform for him to put his feet on. But when Liam headed outside, I think he might've tripped on the balcony platform and fell to his death. That's just my interpretation of Liam's passing.
This. Im from the uk and his generation and this is the obvious answer. I think lots of people just don't know what uk lads drink culture is like. Not even a question in my mind that this is what happened. I mean theres always a 1% chance it could be something weird but nah, he was off his nut on drugs and paranoid the cops would get him. It's not rocket science. Awfully sad but not remotely suspicious.
This reminds me of the Lil Peep and Lil Xan stories where the labels essentially dispatched "managers" (who were drug dealers) in Lil Peeps case and Security in Lil Xans case and their jobs were to "control the artist"
Didn't the autopsy report say he was unconscious when he fell? Also only traces of alcohol & cocaine were found - would that have been enough to have made him react as they are saying? Was it possible he was injected with something that didn't show up? Why were there reports of a video showing him "faint" before going over the balcony? Now he's supposedly climbing down like spiderman? 25 injuries, some inconsistent with a fall. He had been clean and was going to pick up his US visa from the embassy, why would he jeapordise his return to the US? There is no evidence of him smashing the laptop yet someone got a pic of him lounging around with it. If a celebrity is on a rampage in public, someone is going to be documenting it. The speed at which the photos of the smashed hotel room came out so quick, it was like it had been planned. What the F is going on here? I've never seen anything like it! My heart goes out to his poor family, I hope they get answers and justice.
@@oldskoolstu Yes he did. The toxicology report shows the individual markers that make up pink cocaine. Denial is not going to bring him back. I’m sorry this happened to someone you like but you need to realize he had some pretty severe demons.

If 3 people would carry me they way they did and lock me up in my room KNOWING that i don’t feel well i would also try to escape.. but i think the hotel is cover up something bigger
It is a fact this is the final toxicology report: According to the information released by the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office No. 14 in Argentina, Liam Payne's final toxicology report indicated that in the 72 hours before his death, he had traces of alcohol, cocaine, and prescription antidepressants in his system. These findings were confirmed through complete toxicology tests on urine, blood, and vitreous humor. The report specifically noted that Payne had "only traces of polydrug use," suggesting that the levels of substances were not high at the time of the incident. The toxicology results were shared with Payne's family and helped conclude that Payne was not fully conscious or was experiencing a noticeable decrease or loss of consciousness at the time of his fall, thereby ruling out the possibility of a conscious or voluntary act on his part.
This guy's definition of "escaped" is skewed. If he was claustrophobic, he would still be trying to escape that fear. Also, if he was known for doing things like this in the past, why lock him in his room and leave him alone on different occasions? On that note, yes i believe he had a drug problem and it's possible he accidently killed himself but there are more questions than answers. This story keeps changing and that in itself is suspicious. This is how the real truth gets hidden.
A total cover up in my opinion.!!..I thought he was semi or completely unconscious when he fell overboard. So now suddenly from being carried back to his room, he is locked in.his room ? What BS ..they do not lock people up in hotel rooms - then within minutes he wakes up, regains his strength and decides to climb over the balcony to jump to the 2nd floor balcony!!!! What utter nonsense .....what not leave the man in PEACE!!!!
That hotel seems to have dirty hands and their government will cover it up so it doesn’t look bad. He was on drugs and all that but it seems he’s been doing that stuff for some time. Why all of a sudden at that moment would he just decided to unalive himself after being carried around by their staff? If they were so worried and seemed to “know” he was on drugs or something why didn’t they call police sooner?
They did call police while he was in the lobby causing a ruckus. 3 security carried him to his room and he thought he could jump down to get out and he died. It was a bad decision while on drugs.
@PattyAnn_r2 Because hotel employees are not paid to be a babysitter to a high/drunk celebrity. They removed him from the lobby, which is their right, and called the police. They never could have known he was going to climb off the balcony. He had already had disturbances in the days leading up to his death, when he hired prostitutes, and he was kicked out of another hotel days before. Unfortunately, he was a drug addict and he alone is responsible for his death....not the hotel, his girlfriend for leaving him, his friends etc. I think if this had been a regular person no one would be blaming the hotel but because he is Liam Payne, all his fans want to blame everyone else but him for his problems.
Liam's history of wanting to get out of his hotel room, along with him being under the influence, make it sound like he took the wrong fall or made a bad move while intending on getting down to the second floor balcony first. On the other hand, his intoxication level and earlier behavior could have made him go into an insane burst as he felt claustrophobic or was having a schizophrenic episode.
Looks like that would illegal to lock a guest in his room in case of a fire what if they just forgot about them!! There’s nothing right ab this and it’s sad someone treated the way he was treated!

@@NilaniSellathurai-tl8en yup. They think him trying to escape sounds better then someone threw him off.

@@list283can you maybe give some more details ,we are getting so many contradicting storys it all feels of
@@list283no no you're absolute liar
And now the important parts: witness also heard raised/arguing voices (plural), people constantly going in and out of the room
*and now the most important part: just before Liam "fell" witness heard a man scream,, but it was more of a feral, almost animalisitc noise.
I think the hotel/someone was fighting with him/beating him up and either he lost consciousness or was already dead before he went over the balcony*
He had his bag, hat, phone and apparently a whiskey bottle with him when he "fell".
No way.
Probably was annoyed at whatever he was doing when he was what he was on. So yeah that’s about right sounding.
Because the investigation is ongoing. If you don’t want to be a conspiracy theorist, then understand nothing is going to add up right now. Investigators are still gathering info, conducting interviews, and getting answers to their questions.

Surely the staff who left him should be charged with death by negligence as surely they had a duty of care for clients if they took him to a room and laft balcony accessable.
Ev time I said that in comments online I got pulled up for bullying!
Apparently that bag on the second balcony was there before the day he died, someone saw it on Google maps on earlier dates.

I actually think someone planted that there as a decoy it’s all lies and a coverup

This 2nd bag was never mentioned on the floor beneath until after like now. The hotel planted the 2nd bag after the fact to make the story more believable.seems lie police and hotel is involved like they always are. Why cant they show the footage is clear up all the misconceptions.
Thank you! Why wasn't this mentioned weeks ago? It sounds like it was planted to point the finger solely at Liam
He would never have left his son Bear x
The name of the 3 guys charged are public and known by almost everybody. One of them said he was intimate with Liam 🤷♀️

His ego was hurt. He felt like he didn't receive the fame he deserved like his former bandmates did.

What utter nonsense .....what not leave the man in PEACE!!!!
So many questions
That hotel seems to have dirty hands and their government will cover it up so it doesn’t look bad. He was on drugs and all that but it seems he’s been doing that stuff for some time. Why all of a sudden at that moment would he just decided to unalive himself after being carried around by their staff? If they were so worried and seemed to “know” he was on drugs or something why didn’t they call police sooner?
They did call police while he was in the lobby causing a ruckus. 3 security carried him to his room and he thought he could jump down to get out and he died. It was a bad decision while on drugs.
Thats why we all ask… and WHY DID THEY LOCK HIM UP???? And leave him alone…something has happened there… theyre trying to cover up
@PattyAnn_r2 Because hotel employees are not paid to be a babysitter to a high/drunk celebrity.
@NilaniSellathoyhurai-tl8en hotel should be charged for murder by negligence
Moral of the story don't do drugs
Liam's history of wanting to get out of his hotel room, along with him being under the influence, make it sound like he took the wrong fall or made a bad move while intending on getting down to the second floor balcony first. On the other hand, his intoxication level and earlier behavior could have made him go into an insane burst as he felt claustrophobic or was having a schizophrenic episode.
