Would love to see more of your KDM minis. Glimpsed the Titan Bee and others in another video. Making me re think my whole approach to painting them.

Absolutely, i would love to show the other models at some point. I think i will do a KDM specific video in the future with all of the painted minis. As an aside, I'm going to be filming a bunch of painting tutorials soon. So if you stay tuned, hopefully i can share some wisdom and help with improving your painting. Cheers.

    Amazing progress on your minis!
But on a non related topic here, what is this game exactly? It is a spooky horror game, but seconds later there are big tiddy anime goth girls being part of the game and it seems kinda of lol

Really enjoyed this. Love your new survivors. I also completely relate to this. I bought KDM a few years ago and decided I wanted to paint them. I last painted when I was about 9 (I am now 42) so I have no skill. Didn't want to do KDM until I got better and still haven't. Started with Xcom then some Doom minis. Working my way through Super Fantasy Brawl. Too afraid to take the KDM plunge though.... Also I wanted to paint the minis into that dark world with OSL and to try and capture the mood. Difficult to get that balance between dark and foreboding but painting something that is visually interesting.

I am very glad that you enjoyed the video! I understand that reservation and sadly or better yet, eventually you'll just need to take the plunge and paint those KDM models. Of course you could practice whatever ideas you have on those other minis to try and create what you see in your mind for KDM when that time does come? Painting isn't always easy and the masters make it look it and the only way forth is for us to keep practicing and pushing the limits of what we are capable of. Cheers.

What? How do you have only 130 subs? Well, UA-cam recommended me this today so maybe the algorithm will smile on you.

Great channel! Improvement in terms of mini painting is really visible! I'm somewhere between your beginning and now in terms of skill. KDM has some sick sculpts!

Those last four survivors look amazing! I definitely feel you on the having to focus to improve point. I've been at a skill plateau for a while and today I tried NMM for the first time. My blends aren't the best and I placed a few reflections poorly, but I feel like I've "levelled up" at least a bit. I was mentally exhausted after the fact from all the attention I was putting into it though.

Thank you very much! When tackling something new, it’s definitely mentally taxing but the more you do it the easier it becomes and eventually it wont take up all your bandwidth. just keep it up!

While the early ones here look good your latest look incredible. I'm definitely at the start the painting journey rather than the end but this gives me some hope that with continued practice there is hope!

Thank you so much Ben! Means a lot -- just keeping at it consistently has really helped even when it's hard to see the improvements on a day-to-day basis. It's definitely a journey! I try to tell myself that's the point, haha.
